Room clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was varied and accommodating of different food options, good location only a short walk to the cathedral and centre. The underground secure overnight parking was a bonus as I could leave more or less everything valuable in my car

Access to the parking was via a code available at the reception but I wasn't given the code or instructions on how to access the car park once I was through the security gate. I worked it out eventually and once in the car park quickly found a space. The parking bays vary in width and some so narrow I wouldn't have been able to get out of the car once parked!

I enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable bed, sizeable tv, washroom facilities, friendly evening staff especially. Very handy for daily running along the river and moreso for the Cathedral, the reson for my visit. A relaxing introduction to my six weeks in France for athletics. Enjoyed the swifts circling the property. Loved the bar football game.

The floor in the room is unattractive. The lift whistled and wheezed at times. Paying for car parking is not great. Traffic going by is busy but calm in the evening. Those wasters hanging outside at times.

Location was perfect, great secure parking. We were able to have our breakfast on the terrace as the weather was so nice, this over looks the park with a river running through it. Breakfast was good and liked the coffee from the self serve machine. Just wished we'd upgraded to a better room although ours was quite adequate. Safe were helpful and very pleasant.

Room was of a reasonable size but in the roof area, small velux window. Room was quite warm and the air conditioning wasn't great. Wish we had upgraded, will do next time.

Room was comfortable with air conditioning, comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was worth the 10euros with a wide choice including eggs and bacon as well as usual continental rolls etc. Friendly staff. Parking garage onsite. Within 10 minutes walk (uphill) of the cathedral at the centre of the city where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Also the Irish pub across the square sold good food.

If you're not a fit person, walking uphill into the centre of the city was a bit of a slog but doable.

The room was adequate sized (had a twin room) and the location was great. We didn't get the breakfast there so can't comment on that. They do have onsite private parking for a fee, but we opted to just park in the open lot across the street overnight and then had to purchase a ticket at 8am for the length of time we needed.

Our room lost electricity about an hour before we were about to leave so we couldn't finish our hair, but it wasn't the whole hotel, just a couple rooms. We notified them but as I mentioned we were checking out.

Great hotel. I've been staying at your hotel for many years on route to and from the Pyrenees. Your staff on arrive were excellent. I had a really lovely croque monsieur with salad. The two members of staff on duty were fantastic.

My only negative comment is something outside your control - the road layout outside the hotel makes it extremely difficult to drive up to the hotel. I appreciate this is out of your control but I arrived tired and I think I ended up driving up the 'bus lane' to the entrance to the hotel. Also (small comment), I miss the boiled eggs at breakfast.

We love this hotel, it's so convenient as it has secure on-site parking (extra cost) it's within walking distance of the Cathedral and the town, has a lovely bar area and on site restaurant. The rooms are newly decorated and fresh, the beds are sooooo comfortable and the evening receptionist is a lovely chap, very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English with a Brummie (Birmingham) accent!!!

There are no facilities in the room to make a hot drink 😒 although there are now machines in reception where you can purchase hot drinks and snacks.

The room was ground floor as requested. Access to parking made the end of a long journey easy. Only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the cathedral and centre. A good place to stay for visiting Chartres centre - just beyond the historic area near enough to walk. Receptionist was happy, helpful and knowledgeable.

The room was noisy late at night. Difficult to know what was happening upstairs. We’d stay here again but try a different room.

Excellent central location a short distance from the Cathedral. Room was small but comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast OK, but nothing special.

No wi-fi (at least none was offered). Parking in the street until you can get into the underground parking area is a nightmare (the entrance is a white door just above the hotel, and you only find this out when you get the code to open the door).

Basic room but clean and very comfortable. Good large shower. I decided on breakfast quite late and the charming young woman offered it to me for free, as it was nearly end of service, which was very generous. But I left a tip so hope that compensated. Breakfast was good choice. Loved the scrambled egg & ham.

I had a room next to the lift and there was a bit of a screeching noise when it was used. Fortunately not used much after midnight.
