The host was lovely and very accommodating. We were indecisive about when we'd like breakfast and changed the times, which was no problem at all. The accomodation itself was clean, quiet and oh so quaint. A perfect little getaway, in a perfect location to explore all Chartres has to offer. And the fact there were animals (mostly birds) around, was just a bonus! Highly recommended and if we ever go back to Chartres, we will be staying here again for sure. Thank you so much for making our little break so enjoyable 🙏

There was nothing not to like about this beautiful little place.

Characterful room in a lovely private house, in a gate-protected development,. The owner was very nice, and our reception was very personal. Car parking was within a few yards of the room, and very safe/secluded. The main room (where we were given breakfast) was like bieng in a stately home!

At the moment, there's some building work going on around the property, though this wasn't a big issue.

The closeness to the town centre, the room was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was perfect, We appreciated the parking space in a secure place. We were given great care and attention by the lady of the house with a very warm welcome. It was very quiet and peaceful. Altogether a very pleasant experience, we will be coming back.

Charming en-suite room in a beautiful peaceful garden in the middle of the city . Splendid breakfast in a stunning living room overlooking the garden . Our Host was gracious and very helpful. All this a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral. We will be back.

Quaint and quirky, the traditional French feel of the decoration of the rooms really suited the property. The welcome was lovely, the bed comfortable and the breakfast excellent and intimate in the salon. Only 10 minutes walk from the cathedral of Chartres and the centre of the city, the property was nonetheless very private, secure and peaceful. We would thoroughly recommend it.

This place is just perfect with a lovely host and parking, 10 mins walk to town to the Cathedral. Lovely garden to use with ducks, chickens, birds, cats, lovely and peaceful yet so close to town. Lovely breakfast, didn’t want for a thing.

Location superb and with secure parking which was excellent to have, a real selling point, easy walk into the old town and sights, lovely grounds, very welcoming room lovely and breakfast setting outstanding. Pets welcome although we didnt have ours with us this time

Breakfast was lovely and fresh with hot chocolate, but would have liked some cheese and meats to make it special, but we were the only ones staying so appreciate would probably be better choice with other room occupied possibly.

Gorgeous place, lovely patio area and garden with an Aviary and pond. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were happy to be allowed to have our little dog stay. Breakfast was good. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, an easy walk into town. There was a lovely park nearby we could walk the dog. It was just a shame we couldn't stay longer.

A beautiful atmospheric environment: garden, courtyard, house and room. Birds in the garden, parkingplace, breakfast in authentict lounge, perfect. On walking distance to the centre.
