We had a pleasant stay. The location is great, right near the slopes for Langlaufen. The staff is friendly, polite, and try to do their best to make sure you are satisfied. The room was clean and larger than average. The wellness area has a Finnish sauna, an infrared, and a steam cabin (the latter was out of order during our stay). At arrival we got a winter card, for discounts for the slopes. The receptionist was friendly, explained everything, and let us check-in 1h before checking time. The guy serving breakfast and dinner was amazing, never stopped working from early breakfast to late dinner, and he was always super-friendly. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the dinner OK. Sure, it's not a Michelin restaurant, but it's also not bad quality as some reviews hint. There is plenty of parking space.

No big complaints. The temperature in the room could be optimized, it was borderline cold, even with the heating at max level. The hotel has three floors without elevator. This might be a problem for elderly or with large luggage.

The property is immaculate and I love the stunning view of the mountains above it, especially in the afternoon. Also, the staff were very friendly and hospitable.

We were struggling to find a storage space for the food for our one-year-old child. We were expecting a mini fridge, since they do not have one at the hotel. I think that is the only thing missing during our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, quite comfortable and very clean room (cleaning every day) with a balcony, a separate section for children bedroom, with a view towards a pasture and a massive rocky mountain wall. Summer card (with all cable cars nearby, including Dachstein) included in the accommodation. Sauna available (although not tested). Breakfast included although limited.

The room on the last floor (although with a great view from the balcony) was quite dark and adjacent to another room's balcony. There has been enough space in the room to equip it with a table and some comfortable (arm)chairs.

We really liked the accommodation, the room, the wellness, the breakfast is cooked quite well at the hotel. There is a possibility of storing skis and drying ski boots. Overall, I rate the accommodation very well in terms of price and quality for the Ramsau area.

We didn't expect anything special from this hotel, except for the mountain view! The room is a good two-room, a little old but it has its own charm. The hotel also has a children's room, and on the territory there is a playground for children, which is good for families with The staff was very polite and kind.

The breakfast could use some work, the vegetables were a little tired, the choice of cut meats and cheeses was poor.

It was right in the area with snow and a fantastic view to the mountains. Everything was OK considering it is a skiing area. We were there to visit a friend not skiing. But a nice hotel and nice staff. Nothing to complain about.

The locality is absolutely perfect. The summer card includes plenty of attractions for free, including the cables, toll roads, gorges tickets, swimming pools and museum entrances. The activities you may undertake cover different fields and everyone can choose. The breakfast was splendid with everything you can think of. The dinner includes a choice of two main dishes and we enjoyed them much. The staff is kind and helpful. We can just regret that we could not have stayed for more than a week.
