Very clean place and good breakfast staff are nice and welcome. I suggest not to missed staying 2 or 3 days there during the holiday.

Difficult to get WiFi there but noticed that all places around Sicilia internet WiFi is a bit difficult.

The room was a decent size.

The toilet was broken. The key to the second room did not match the door number, which the receptionist did not tell me (so I spent a long time looking for the wrong room). In the early morning when I was sleeping, someone else used a key to open my room and left when they heard me make noise.

the worst 4 stars hotel i have ever stayed at. the staff are nice i give them that, they barely speak english but that is not a real issue. when i first got there it was night, after an hour or so i tried to have a shower but the water was freezing cold. went to the reception and no one was there. i had to wait till the morning, asked to check the water and a guy came after 2 hours, his solution was to let the water run for 30+ minutes to get hot enough for shower, that worked sometimes and sometimes didnt. no cell reception in the room, i could get 1 bar at a maximum. nothing is near the hotel, you would need a taxi to get anywhere. wierd smell when i got the room not sure what it was then it was gone may be because it was closed for a while. the room is poorly lit with 1 yellow light and 2 lights on each side of the bed , one of those was flickring like hell. the bathroom/toilette ceiling was starting to peal off some paint. the air conditioner takes about 5-6 minutes after pressing ON to even start blowing any air at all. i paid 543 euros for 8 nights , i checked out after 6, they wanted to charge me another 527 euros ,they didnt even know i paid online which is unlikely to say the least. the hotel was full of workers staying there. i think the hotel has little to no visiters during the winter so they rent the rooms by the month for workers because no way anyone is paying 60+ euros a night to stay in that place. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN.
