Very friendly, helpful staff, always attentive and happy to spoil you with fresh drinks on the pool. (Thank you Alex and George) Sun lounges around the pool with shade providing nets, beach only about 150 m on a nice pathway, beach had seegrass but nothing slimy, no seeurgins or jellyfish, ocean crystal clear and clean, very shallow for about 50 m to walk into ocean, no stones/rocks, nice soft sand, no problem. Sunbeds on the beach also with shade providing nets. Handy ramp or stairs to enter the water, good food at the hotel-restaurant, lovely breakfast buffet, air-conditioned room, balkony with 2 cgairs and table, cloth lines, building a little bit old but rooms very clean, shower a little small but has fly screen on bathroom windows which is nice at night against mozzies. Cleaning stuff very helpfull and friendly, little shop and separate ATM across the road, about 1,5 km out of town Kavos, therefore not too noisy but still easy to reach, many restaurants, bars, nightlife, tattoo shop, disco, table dance, gaming halls, cafes in town, staff also very helpful with organising day trips, rental cars or info about highlights to see in the area. Organised transfer was also very good and punctual. We had no complains and will come back again one day. Thank you. 😁👍🌞🇬🇷🐬 Go also on a boat trip to Paxos, Caves and Blue Lagoon, (we saw dolphins swimming very close to the boat) 40,- per person with "Kosta's boat trips" from Lefkimmi harbour is well worth it!!!

Shower was a little bit small (but clean)

The staff here is the best! We have stayed at the place for more than two weeks and we really felt like at home or as a part of their family. They always listened and fulfilled our wishes and needs, may it be softer matresses or a "private" router only for us as we were working. When you book this place, you really have a lot to look for! However, keep in mind that there is no real beach, there are (free) sunbeds and a pier to get to the sea. But it has sand, the sea, peace and is very calm. Also, the rooms are a Greek standard so don't expect anything luxurious. Anyway, the staff will compensate for this by far.

The stay at Sandy Beach Studios was great! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very nice staff. At the reception, Mr. Janis offered us a ice welcome drink and informed us about accommodation and trips around the island of Corfu. The accommodation was clean, they cleaned it every day. The breakfast was tasty, varied, equally rich every day. They cooked well in the restaurant, you could order lunch and dinner. There is a private beach near the accommodation, a swimming pool in front of the bar. Everything is very nicely arranged and clean. The location of the accommodation suited us, right in front of the accommodation there is a grocery store, an ATM, and a Green buses stop. We liked the initiative of the staff the most!!! They were kind, helpful, interested in their guests. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Everything was fine.

We just stayed here. Booked the night before arrival due to disappointments elsewhere. I honestly am struggling to find the words about how attentive and lovely every, single member of staff was. A special shoutout to Yannis, Christina, Alex, Yannis sister. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. It’s worth mentioning this is a family ran business that opens April - October. Food: amazing First impressions: we had arrived after having a misleading experience down the road and Yannis couldn’t have been more in tune to our unspoken needs. He upgraded our room to one with a balcony which I can’t tell you how much I needed that. We arrived at nearly 1 am, the team had stayed up and waited for us. Kitchen still on standby, in case we were hungry. Welcome drinks were served immediately and the local fruit was given to us to try. Straight away Yannis, was walking us through everything. The team have really thought out how to make this business as streamline as possible, everything is thought of. All the information you need for the hotel and offerings are on a QR code. It’s very easy, simple and quick. Yannis was such a welcomed face after such a rubbish start to our trip. Can’t thank him enough. Oh and not to mention, that man mustn’t sleep because he replies instantly or within 2 mins on WhatsApp. Constantly happy to serve and be of help. This again, seems small but it really isn’t. Especially in Kavos. Location : If you’re looking for somewhere near Kavos but not quite in the centre but it’s walkable, then this is your place. Price: It’s unbelievably affordable around £30-40 which includes breakfast. They offer a variety of rooms from suites to annex’s so it appeals to all types of groups. Housekeeping: rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels and bins regularly emptied - which seems small but it really isn’t when you’re in Greece, you’re at the pool or beach every day and nothing can be flushed. There’s no safe but you can keep anything valuable behind the desk.

Nothing, was absolutely perfect!

They were so friendly, every member of staff was absolutely lovely! We had a tasty welcome drink and kumquat which is traditional to Greece. The place was right on the seafront so I walked 20 seconds before getting into the sea and having a swim in the morning! And my partner and I were playing with a ball and doughnut 🍩 inflatable in the swimming pool which they had just there free for anyone to use, which was so much fun. Also had good music whilst we were there, I was dancing around and then swimming some more. Total holiday and happy vibes. Breakfast was lovely, buffet, loads of food variety. The cookies looked homemade and were delicious ( I over ate a little because it was tasty😅) Aircon ✅ fridge ✅ big max diner near by does a starter and a main meal for €7.50 which is a great price.

I liked about the property the view to the sea and the mainland, the service and the staff (everyone was above and beyond to support, help, recommend, ask questions, kind and friendly), the location, cleanliness as well as the greek night when we had lots of fun

Some parts of the room could be updated, but overall the experience was great.

The rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They were happy to offer help and assistance with anything. The beach is beautiful and nice to just sit and enjoy the view.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is the distance - it is quite far from the center and we had to drive a lot to visit places. On the other hand, we enjoyed the peaceful environment of the area.

Outside the territory of the hotel - olives and weeds. If you want a historical place or a hangout, it's better to look for something in the north part of the island. A 15-minute walk to Kavos, but Kavos is a small, not very clean village for not very picky tourists or those who are looking for an inexpensive holiday and are ready to give up comfort

The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived, made us a welcome drink, and sat us down. The manager gave us his phone number in case we ever needed anything, which we had access to 24/7. We were shown hundreds of things to book and explore, including the paxos beach which was beautiful. We then went to our room which was clean and such a lovely temperature compared to the 40 degree heat outside🥲 The food was lovely and nothing we asked for felt too much, the staff were so amazing and as two young girls there wasn’t a single moment that we felt unsafe. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future, Thank you so much to all of the lovely staff at Sandy Beach. We had a great stay. ALSO THE AIRCON WAS AMAZING. Talia & Abbi🩷

The property is right along the beach, making it super simple to walk 30 seconds and pass the afternoon at the beach, also we loved having our own balcony.

The property is a bit of a walk from central Kavos so I would definitely recommend renting a car for your trip.
