Location was a little out of Igoumenitsa and need transport to get to hotel. It's a very short distance, so not really an issue, and the village has couple of very good eateries. Breakfast was amazing too, excellent quality and just right amount, we were particularly pleased with the quantity/ selection available and the lack of wastage. The breakfast rooftop terrace had breathtaking views and was so peaceful. Tip: factor in an extra 20min for breakfast and take in those views to startyoirday with extra zen factor. The pool was also great for us, travelling with young children: it's not a huge sparce-clad-adults-enjoying-cocktails kind of pool, but a quiet safe kids-enjoying-themselves-whilst-parents-can-relax kind of affair.

Selefkos palace is a nice structure with nice big rooms, cleaned and comfortable. The personal at the reception really kind and polite, the room located in a quite area with no traffic. The only thing disappointed me was at breakfast the no alternatives for lactose intolerance people. I had asked if they had some lactose free milk or veg one but nothing, no choice at all. Same as yoghurt, no alternative than the normal one, which for me was a bit weird considering the standard of the hotel. Other than that everything was nice and fine.

We really liked the staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Overall our stay was very pleasant, there were only a few things that the hotel can improve. First the WiFi outside of the reception area was terrible. Second, there weren’t enough functional outlets in our room, there were two and one wasn’t working. Last, the elevator stopped working every time we tried using it but all rooms are on the first floor so it wasn’t a problem. We opted to use the stairs instead.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover before boarding the ferry, so the location wasn’t particularly important to me. What was very important was that the hotel had its own secure parking, the room was decent and clean, and that we had the option of breakfast. The room matched the pictures I saw when booking, and the staff were really friendly, starting with the receptionist in the evening, the fantastic terrace where breakfast is served, and the receptionist at checkout. Great choice—I would choose it again!

There aren’t many things I didn’t like; perhaps I missed having a higher railing on the terrace in the room. I was constantly worried about falling if I got too close to the edge. :)

The staff and particularly the manager were very helpful and friendly. Our room was actually a two room suite with two balconies, one of which had a panoramic view of Igoumenitsa harbor. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood just outside of Igoumenitsa. The breakfast buffet was very nice and was located on the rooftop with great views of the surrounding area.

Great breakfast. Pleasant environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Owner is making more improvements. Views from hotel are very nice. Like well behaved pets. Generally quite satisfied . This is our second stay, going back as long as there is a room. Good and safe parking, hotel accessible with lift. New pool in the making.

Minor issue this time, sockets needed to be fixed but otherwise all was well, previous stay had no problems. Owner was informed and will correct the problem.

this is a very nice hotel run by two very helpful ladies, breakfast was on the roof terrace, over looking the mountains and harbour, All my wifes dietry needs were met, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel even ordered my taxi in the morning for our onward journey

The location is a bit out of the way, in the middle of a housing area, and not close to shops etc, but the hotel and the staff , were excellent.

We booked this property as we were taking the ferry to Brindisi the next day. What a helpful team! For the minute we booked and messaged them about a few questions, to checking in and out, they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location is a little off the Main Street but the view from our balcony worth it. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. We had a good breakfast with Greek/continental choices. We wouldn’t hesitate to return should we take that ferry route again

All was good, the room was clean with a nice balcony, also my kids enjoyed swimming pool, breakfast was good and the most important the personal and staff they are really pleasant, and ready to make your stay comfortable, I'm super satisfied with my stay, thank you very much

we had very big problems with the water in the sense that if someone else in the building used the water at your place it stopped flowing at all, it is not at all pleasant to be in the shower and have the water stop, it was a real adventure to manage to make a shower.
