The staff were lovely, the building was beautiful, but, should have had major internal installation introduced during the renovation as Climate Change means it was very very hot in the room. The bike shed was perfect.

Breakfast at E18 was way too high and not in keeping with the rest of the town. The room was lovely but a few details of design and maintenance let it down. We reported all the maintenance issues. The design errors, well that is going to cost a fair bit of money. Eg there is nowhere to wash your hands after using the loo, apart from open the door, walk through the room to the wash area. The shower head is mounted on the wrong wall so it sprays water into the room. Just poor design. So a classy sort of place let down by a poor interior designer. My advice would be to make any designer live in the room for a few days to realise how many things just are at the wrong height etc

Former Monastery now a hotel with history located by the Danube River. Wonderful clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. We had two adjoining rooms with great view of the river and a gorgeous sunset to see. Ate dinner at the hotel outside in the courtyard, the food was delicious. Loved the serenity about the whole place. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were great and very helpful. Would love to come back here again.

Rooms were spacious and very high and clean. You could see the Danube from where we stayed, so an extra plus. We had two double rooms communicating between them and each had it's own shower that was a big bonus when one comes back after a hot day of traveling. There is an elevator that is very useful when you check in or out and have to carry your luggage. The location is next to a historic tower inside the walls of the old city, so reaching different local landmarks is very easy. They also have a restaurant with good food and a nice atmosphere.

The place Is really cozy and rebuild with good taste. Complete dead silence - I mean, I think the loudest sound we heard was under 25db, unreal. Heating was a bit too high but very pleasant and even through the room. The room itself was very nice and comfy. I had no time to test the spa unfortunately

The courtesy of the reception. Very cold and seemingly upset for something - but it might just be me not being used to Austrian workers coming from Italy...

Beatiful old bulding/former monastery. Thick walls and high ceilings. But don't worry, no medieval climate - everything furnished in a modern, minimalistic style. Superb breakfast.

No air conditioning - could be a downside during hot summer. Thick walls surprisingly are not protecting from heat. Location is not that great as on the photos. In general town of Hainburg has great potential, but for some reason is not interested in exploiting it....Streets in June looks abandoned. Hard to find a restaurant.

The hotel is above above a restaurant. The outside makes it look old but the rooms are modern. The room had the two beds we asked for with a very modern bathroom. It was a bit pricey but within walking distance of the Sift (which was gorgeous) and the train station. The breakfast was very good.

There was no coffee in the room but you did get a nice breakfast

The location is really good being close to the Danube river and to the city centre, large rooms with comfy beds, excellent breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff.

We have stayed here before and we really enjoyed the fact that it was quiet during the night so we could rest well, however that has now seem to have changed as the Post Office is now within the same building and during the night they load and unload trucks which makes quite a lot of noise and i found it hard to have a good night sleep. I suggest you ask for a room which points towards the parking.

Every thing is perfect. Quit place, clean & clean& clean The hotel building is amazing in its beauty. The place is quiet, with a view of the Danube river. The hotel is strictly clean. The breakfast, one of the tastiest meals I've eaten. The hotel is on the axis, between Bratislava, and Vienna, and Parndorf outlet, a winning location. There is also a nice sauna in the hotel, free parking, and I'm sure I'll go back there again.

It's a good hotel in an old building but with all the modern facilities. Guests should take into account that there is no door in the shower in the room)) it is not broken, it is not provided by the design) As for parking, the description indicates that the hotel has private parking, in fact, there is a municipal free parking near the hotel, where they offer to park if there is space. We had no problems with the availability of seats, although we arrived for the festival weekend.

it was strange that in the bar they refused to give us a fork, they asked us to come when the restaurant closes, but at the same time they gave us a spoon without any problems))

Rooms were larger than the average hotel. Location was great, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a short drive to local shopping.

Most of the bedside light fixtures were broken off entirely. The only one left had exposed wiring near its base leaving me a little nervous to touch it. The bathrooms in the room are a little strange in their layout. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower, meaning you have to walk around the room and bed to wash your hands after using the toilet. Not a big deal, just strange.
