Good staff It was possible to check-in on 13-30 The building is not new but renovated very well. Room was clean and comfortable One part of the building is a student residence, another one - hotel. Cleaning was every day.

Unfortunately there wasn't a hair dryer in a room but it should be. Also wifi for some reason blocks VPN. But VPN is necessary for IT specialists. Not so close to the city center but for me it was ok. The entrance door is quite strange that it should be pushed instead of working automatically

I like the apartment room. It was clean, cosy and quiet. Location of the hotel is fine. It is 15 minutes of walking to the old city center. The bus stop is quite close to the hotel, 5 minutes of walking.

There are no food and drink shops close to the hotel. You can buy only snacks and soda or mineral water inside the hotel.

Location was good, 2 stops by bus to the centre. Forgot to take pictures but it’s much nicer than pictures! Smart TV which is rare Very spacious twin room, very homely Staff were so friendly and accommodating

Breakfast was horrible and stale! I’d recommend getting food out. Mall and supermarket are just a walk away over the bridge.

I saw some complaints about extra charges, but honestly, my stay was great! Tons of parking, clean room. I'd totally recommend it – ignore the old reviews, the only extra costs are parking and taxes, which are standard anyway.

Just the pillow was a bit too soft. A few of my friends couldn't sleep because of it, but I was fine. No problems otherwise.

We stayed at Hotel Bratislava for one night. The suite was overall quite nice, and I appreciated that the hotel allows pets, which is a big advantage for pet owners.

The room was not ready when we arrived, which caused some inconvenience. Major downside was the lack of air conditioning or even a fan. The room was very hot, which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

Good room, Tv, Internet, elevator, bathroom, 24/7 reception, location close to FlixBus stop Einstanova that comes the bus from Vienna Hauptbahnhof (Vienna main railway station), close to Aupark mall, and the Danube river the SNIP bridge and UFO Tower! Perfect personal and close to Bratislava airport with Bolt taxi application! There are machines for coffee, sandwiches and one could use directly a credit card! Last but least of importance is the 50 euro price of a double room, there is also a breakfast at additional charge!

No terrace!

The hotel is located near to the old town, very close to the castle. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is also a fridge in the room. The hotel offers parking lot and the dogs are allowed. Perfect for visiting Bratislava!

One minus is lack of breakfast. Anyway you can buy a very good coffee.

The rooms were clean, cosy and nicely done, the bathrooms really clean and well equipped. The common areas were also very clean and tastefully decorated.

It was not really easy to find our dedicated parking spot, as the hotel is on the compound of the expo area and fenced all around. The hotel might put a sign out or some directions.

Everything was great, surprisingly quiet although right next to student accommodation, the pictures really don’t do it justice

Nothing!! They only offer breakfast on occasion which is fair, but they should definitely update their photos because the hotel was so much better then how it’s presented through the app

Great internet connection and YouTube and Netflix are available on the TV.

The walls are quite thin and somebody next door spent all day talking to someone through his computer, so after the first night I changed rooms to get away from him.
