We arrived later than the reception’s closing time, but the receptionist kindly waited for us. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient. It was also great to have a parking spot available for our car.

The only downside was that one of the neighbors played very loud music late at night, we had to knock on the wall to get them to stop, which they eventually did.

I was really happy when they offered free beer (or other drinks) after check-in at the reception. The breakfast was very basic but still good. The location is in the ugliest part of the town, yet public transport and private parking for cars solve the problem. They have even prolonged the parking without any problems, although the checkout was sooner. There are good things nearby but not so touristy and harder to find. The closest bar still had "good" beer (e.g. Krušovice) for 1.90EUR. The mini-bar had some drinks and snacks for free and refilled each day! The room also had a bathing tub.

The room was pointing to the side of the railway station. With opened windows, it was very noisy, but when you closed them it was normally loud and had no problem sleeping. The only thing I've been missing is some freshly cooked/baked eggs for breakfast.

Very pleasant staff, the accommodation was clean and spacious. Free parking and right next to the apartment is a great bonus. For those staying, it is possible to use the gym for free. A welcome drink and mini bar are included in the price of accommodation. In general, it is a very pleasant place. I would have no problem recommending or returning here.

The separate accommodation is a bit outside the reception, you have to go out of the building and come back in again - it can be a disadvantage in bad weather. Similarly, the gym. The walls in the apartment building are a bit thin. So you can hear the neighbors, but it's nothing terrible. The accommodation is part of an apartment building, it is not a typical hotel accommodation.

Very nice room with balcony, safe, a/c, free minibar with beer and coke. TV. Work desk with a printer. Very nice breakfast with salmon. Coffee and fruit available at all time. Dedicated parking place. Very nice and helpful staff. Bus stop just outside. 5 minutes to old Town. Very quiet with windows closed even with busy road and railway. Some restaurants by the railway station (tunnel).All in all a perfect place.

Just two small things. The bed is comfortable, but very low (Difficult for older people (like me ;-) ). Would have preferred shower - not bath tub.

Great location of the building in terms of public transport. Free easy parking that was reserved for me right next to the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located inside an appartment building with easy access. Breakfast is served at comfortable times right next to your room basically so you can go in comfy clothes. The room was like a hotel standard with enough space and very clean. Kettle and tea included. Room minibar gets refilled every day for no extra cost. I also had balcony which is good.

Breakfast is only a limited cold bar due to hygienic laws (warm bar not allowed in such hotel). Sound insulation is week, you hear your neighbors talk and snore.

Very comfortable room!! My wife and I were greeted by Alexandria and she explained the property and answered our questions based on her local knowledge. The room is modern, everything works correctly, the bed is comfortable and the AC works great. They have designated off street parking and a health club on site. Breakfast was good and we left happy with our stay thanks to Alexandria and the rest of her staff.

Building location near the bus stop to old town. Slavo & Michael are assets to the hotel that served us well in English. Breakfast is good with smoked salmon and they offer welcome drink too.

We were lucky upon arrival at the parking lot of the building some one helped us locate the front office of the hotel. As long as guest can check in during their office hours one should have no problem. We regret we did not make two days booking at once. We needed to check out and continued our journey to the other destination.

The location is great, bus stop right in front of the hotel, the city center is just 10 min bus ride away. The employees were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Also got a welcome drink, items from the minibar are free of charghe.

The walls are thin and not very soundproof, we could hear other guest snoring and watching tv during the night. The street in front of the hotel gets quite busy in the morning, maybe would be better to ask for a room that faces the railway station

The location, the welcoming staff, cleanliness is just perfect, it felt like home, a welcome drink, tea and coffee and even honey in the room along with the tea kettle were really useful. I liked the breakfast , it was surprisingly tasty, having meat and fish cuts, fresh bread and cut veggies were enough for me to feel full and have energy for the day. They also provide a storage for the luggage and it suits perfectly well those who is travelling. The location was right near the Bratislava -Petrazalka station, but there was no noise from it at all. I liked the transport connection to the city center with the bus station just across the street. A very welcoming waitress at the kitchen, she is Ukrainian and it was nice to talk to her a bit

Easy access to the hotel from the highway. Very friendly staff. The entrance to the hotel reception is separate from the entrance to the rooms, which is a little unusual, but not bad at all. We got a welcome drink. Very nice, spacious and cozy room, with a terrace and a view of the train station Petržalka. The contents of the fridge in the room were included in the price, also as tea and coffe. Comfortable beds. We had our own free parking place in the parking lot behind the building. Although the hotel is not in the center, it has easy access to the center. Furthermore, it is located a few minutes' walk from the pivovarna Hops, a nice place that is worth visiting. We got the recommendation from the lovely lady at the reception desk.

We have no significant complaints. Perhaps the hotel could be better marked, as we almost drove past it on arrival. If that happens to you, you don't have many options to leave your car properly. Also, breakfast could be more varied. The food is delicious, but there could be more choice. The juices were great.
