The property and rooms are in good condition - although a little dated, they are a good size and are clean and tidy, with good air conditioning. The location of the property is excellent - it is in a quiet residential area, but there is a supermarket nearby, as well as multiple bars and restaurants, including one that is located next to the property. There are multiple transport links to the centre - you can typically reach the centre in 20 minutes. The receptionists were very helpful and breakfast is available for EUR10.

The pillows were very soft although this is consistent with other hotels that I stopped in during a trip to Slovakia.

I knew exactly what to expect, as I have used this hotel many times before. It is not in the centre of Bratislava, but we were meeting people in Petrzalka, so the location for us was perfect. Old Town is easily accessible by Bus (from right outside the hotel), or by tram (3 minutes walk and 4 stops) should you need to go there. As there was 2 of us sharing, we took the Suite, with 1 of us in the bedroom and the other in the lounge on the sofa bed. This worked well and it meant that we each had a spacious room. The bathroom was a good size and clean. It had a Bath with shower, basin, toilet and bidet. The Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful and they also sold tickets for the bus/tram I mentioned above (1.10 Euro for 30 mins). The breakfast was more than adequate - quite a bit of choice, including 3 x hot items, cold meats, cheeses, salad items, cereal, fruit, yoghurts, breads, tea and coffee. Perhaps not that well organised and not sure how often the items are replenished, but if you get there early enough, it is fine. The TV in the room offered a variety of local and international channels. In the close vicinity, there is a supermarket, chemist, bar, restaurant, Pizza/Baguette takeaway shop, Domino Pizza, Ice Cream Parlour, Cafe, Italian Wine Bar, Bank (Prima).

The hotel is a little dated and could perhaps do with a refresh, but taking this into account, together with the fact it is not a posh hotel in the centre of town, it offers excellent value for money and has a free parking option if you drive there.

Stayed many times before, as it is perfectly located for the people I was visiting - so I knew exactly what to expect. The rooms are quite basic and a little dated, but adequate for my requirements. Easily accessible by car (free parking), bus or tram and excellent transport links to the downtown / old town area. I was unexpectedly able to check in almost 2 hours early, as I arrived earlier than anticipated and the room was ready.

Great location for me, as I was visiting friends in Petrzalka. The hotel is easily accessible by Bus or tram and has everything needed for a short stay. There is a grocery store next door and there are plenty of local options with regards to eating and drinking. They even offer free parking in a secure car park, should you travel there by car.

Perfect for me. Visiting friends in Petrzalka, so ideal location and decent facilities, at a very good price (compared to downtown Bratislava). Excellent bus and tram network easily accessible from the hotel, with links to old town, main station and the airport (requires 1 change).

The hotel could do with modernising, as it looks a little tired and dated, but it is great for the price and perfect for my requirements. It is not in the Old Town or Downtown part of Bratislava, but there is a bus stop right outside that links you to the main areas and sights of Bratislava. There is also a tram a few minutes walk away, that goes to the centre of town (and beyond).

Very close to the tram stop to the city centre. Had an excellent shower and I did sleep very well.

The Wi Fi does need improvement and the TV I had to change channels from the set top box. They are only the minor flaws I cannot complain I had an amazing week in a fantastic city

Great location for me, close to the friends I was visiting. Excellent transport links to Old Town, Main Station, Tourist Attractions and the Airport Room was basic and a little dated, but I have stayed here many times, so know what to expect. Great price and has free parking too, if required,

The fact that reception was on the 1st floor, but no big deal

Friendly attentive staff (English-speaking), nice clean room with snow-white bed linen, all necessary bath accessories and towels provided, tasty breakfast included in price. Also free hotel parking is available. There are a grocery store, post, bus station, restaurants, and a park near the hotel.

There were only few things that could be improved/renovated: the sanitary ware in shower cabin and the ventilation system in the hotel restaurant.

Hotel was absolutely brilliant for what I needed, couldn't have asked for better

Looked a little bit dated and could do with some new carpet / furniture (But that is an opinion) - the room works for what I needed anyway

Stayed here many times, as it is the perfect location for me to visit friends. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is outside the centre (reachable in 5 mins by bus or tram) and the rooms are perhaps a little basic and in need of an update, but they are priced accordingly and the hotel has free parking.

Everything was as expected, as I have stayed here many times.
