The location of the hotel is great for anyone who needs to stay close to the campus of the Slovak Academy of Sciences or the university hospital "Kramáre". It is close to an urban highway, however the room was soundproof and very silent at night. The bus stops for the city center or the Commenius University campus are within walking distance, and a very nice restaurant/brewery is right across the street. The room was spacious, cosy and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has met all my expectations and I will definitely return again when travelling to Bratislava.

The only thing I was missing in my room, was a hair dryer. Please note, that the hotel has 3 floors, with single rooms located primarily on the top floor. The escalator goes up to the second floor, and you will have to take the stairs to reach the third floor.

This is an excellent hotel - it has been renovated to a high standard. The rooms are excellent - they are of a good size, are clean and tidy and have excellent air conditioning. It is located two miles from the centre in a quiet residential area with two transport routes close by that are served 24 hours a day. There is an excellent brewery/restaurant nearby, as well as a garage that serves food and drink 24/7. The breakfast is good and the receptionists are very helpful.

The pillows were very soft although this is consistent with other hotels that I stopped in during a trip to Slovakia.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained the hotel's operation, provided extensive information on how to get to Bratislava city center, and answered all my questions. The breakfast was delicious and rich in various products. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was relatively good – on the one hand, it's not in the city center, making it quiet, and on the other, the city center and the most important sights are only seven minutes away by public transport.

There were railway tracks outside my window and sometimes the train passing by made noise - but all I had to do was close the window and it stopped being a nuisance, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of options, including 3 types of sausages, baked beans, and poached eggs among hot dishes, and cold cuts, cheese slices, and fruits. There was black tea, which is great. The first-floor balcony provided a relief for smokers; you don't need to get out of the hotel for a quick smoke. Location was close to two public transport stops, Suchy Mlyn and Dubova. Nice staff, clean interior and exterior, and a nice view of the train track from the hotel window.

The lock in room 303 is creating a little problem. The idea of calling the reception during the first entry is scary for foreigners with no phone access.

The room and bathroom were big, clean and there were many towels. The woredrobe was big if you plan to stay longer you can easily take all your clothes out of the luggage. Although the train is nearby we didn’t hear it at night. Free parking just in front of the hotel is a plus.

We had problems with WiFi, it could be faster. Hairdryer could be more powerful. There could be some mop in the bathroom, because after having shower the water was not only under the shower as the bathroom is adapted also for disabled people. There could be the kettle in the room.

I had a positive stay at the hotel. The place was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent – fresh and tasty. The staff deserves special praise – very helpful and polite. After returning home, I realized I had left something at the hotel. I contacted the reception, and the next day I received confirmation that it had been found. A few days later, it arrived by post. I really appreciate that level of care for guests. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff. Questions were answered quickly and extensivly. Room was nice, tidy and quiet. General appeal seemed a bit old fashioned but not run down. One of the few hotels to still include a minibar/fridge in the room.

While the internet was available at all times, the internet speed varied widely. A bit outside of the city. The location on a one way street leading to a bigger street sometimes caused small delays during rush hour.

Nice comfortable room with lots of useful things. I would like to highlight a dark towel for colored hair. Very nice staff. The street is noisy. There is a big road below, but cars did not disturb me at all. Moreover, this road possesses comfortable transportation. The only problem was a close railway somewhere beyond the city. However, windows are quite good, and I found a pair of earplugs in the bathroom. So, the hotel made the maximum to protect me from noise. Otherwise, I wasn't bothered by any sounds from the hotel (snoring, walking, water splash, etc.). It's literally one of the best hotels I've ever visited.

I didn't find any problems.

We were on transit from Budapest to Prague, so it was just what we needed. The hotel has easy access to the highway and is located 3 km from the city center, in an area of houses. The staff was extraordinarely nice, the room was fully equipped and clean. The beds were very comfy and it is pet friendly. The access to the city center is easy, 10 min by car, in a direct street.

It could be a bit noisy since it is located between a big street and a railway. With the windows closed there is no problem and the train doesn't pass that often. The breakfast could be a bit improved.

Staff was nice, polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean.

Blood stain was on the pillow cover. No hair dryer. Only one electric socket near bed.
