The location of the hotel is great for anyone who needs to stay close to the campus of the Slovak Academy of Sciences or the university hospital "Kramáre". It is close to an urban highway, however the room was soundproof and very silent at night. The bus stops for the city center or the Commenius University campus are within walking distance, and a very nice restaurant/brewery is right across the street. The room was spacious, cosy and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has met all my expectations and I will definitely return again when travelling to Bratislava.

The only thing I was missing in my room, was a hair dryer. Please note, that the hotel has 3 floors, with single rooms located primarily on the top floor. The escalator goes up to the second floor, and you will have to take the stairs to reach the third floor.

The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of options, including 3 types of sausages, baked beans, and poached eggs among hot dishes, and cold cuts, cheese slices, and fruits. There was black tea, which is great. The first-floor balcony provided a relief for smokers; you don't need to get out of the hotel for a quick smoke. Location was close to two public transport stops, Suchy Mlyn and Dubova. Nice staff, clean interior and exterior, and a nice view of the train track from the hotel window.

The lock in room 303 is creating a little problem. The idea of calling the reception during the first entry is scary for foreigners with no phone access.

The room and bathroom were big, clean and there were many towels. The woredrobe was big if you plan to stay longer you can easily take all your clothes out of the luggage. Although the train is nearby we didn’t hear it at night. Free parking just in front of the hotel is a plus.

We had problems with WiFi, it could be faster. Hairdryer could be more powerful. There could be some mop in the bathroom, because after having shower the water was not only under the shower as the bathroom is adapted also for disabled people. There could be the kettle in the room.

Very friendly staff. Questions were answered quickly and extensivly. Room was nice, tidy and quiet. General appeal seemed a bit old fashioned but not run down. One of the few hotels to still include a minibar/fridge in the room.

While the internet was available at all times, the internet speed varied widely. A bit outside of the city. The location on a one way street leading to a bigger street sometimes caused small delays during rush hour.

Nice comfortable room with lots of useful things. I would like to highlight a dark towel for colored hair. Very nice staff. The street is noisy. There is a big road below, but cars did not disturb me at all. Moreover, this road possesses comfortable transportation. The only problem was a close railway somewhere beyond the city. However, windows are quite good, and I found a pair of earplugs in the bathroom. So, the hotel made the maximum to protect me from noise. Otherwise, I wasn't bothered by any sounds from the hotel (snoring, walking, water splash, etc.). It's literally one of the best hotels I've ever visited.

I didn't find any problems.

We were on transit from Budapest to Prague, so it was just what we needed. The hotel has easy access to the highway and is located 3 km from the city center, in an area of houses. The staff was extraordinarely nice, the room was fully equipped and clean. The beds were very comfy and it is pet friendly. The access to the city center is easy, 10 min by car, in a direct street.

It could be a bit noisy since it is located between a big street and a railway. With the windows closed there is no problem and the train doesn't pass that often. The breakfast could be a bit improved.

Staff was nice, polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean.

Blood stain was on the pillow cover. No hair dryer. Only one electric socket near bed.

I really liked the breakfast. The reception was available 24 hours a day, which was very convenient. We were allowed to live with our cat. The cat was wearing diapers, so we didn't have any unpleasant odors from him. The additional payment for a cat on the spot was 10 euros. It is very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were 3 towels in the bathroom, the heating worked, there were hygiene kits, a very pleasant gel. The windows overlooked the railway tracks, but with the windows closed we did not hear any noise. There is also no audibility between the rooms. Absolute peace. There is mineral water. The breakfast room is very beautiful in Aztec style. The fireplace was burning. There were 4 types of juices, 2 types of porridge, 4 types of sausage, 3 types of cheese. Hot breakfast - omelet, 4 types of sausages (grilled and boiled), beans in tomato. Fruits, sweets, homemade cakes, bread. Vegetables. Raw oatmeal puddings with banana and kiwi, strawberries and coconut milk.

All was perfect

Clean, comfortable hotel with quality breakfast choice (buffet tables), free parking, strong wi-fi. The staff was friendly and helpful. In Bratislava one of the best if we are talking about price/performance ratio. Beer garden with kitchen and also pizzeria are up to 10 min walking. They prepare for us extra bed for our daughter without extra price. In the summer you appreciate insect net on the windows. For this money and service I will choose this hotel again in Bratislava. 👍

Generally nothing. Just 3 useful mentions for other potential clients: Despite there is working place in the rooms (what is great), I appreciate more light for reading, writing...in the rooms. Also in the lobby. To get to the city center you need to use public transport, own car or taxi. By walking it is around 25-30 minutes, but you know this, when you are choose this hotel. For us it is was not a problem. Maybe hundred meters behind the hotel there are railways, but you need to be really sensitive for noise to be disturbed by this with close window.

Wonderfully eclectic apartment, excellent staff. Just needed an easily accessible place to spend the night for an early morning drive to the airport. Parking right out front (how great is that!?) Sadly the restaurant was not open - we needed to have dinner at the one across the street. By across the "street" I mean major road with median down the middle. We needed to go around the hotel, down a hill a ways to get to the crossing, then back up that side of road to end up directly across from the hotel. (BTW, the food was excellent!) The exciting part was that on the journey back it was raining heavily with gusty winds that kept turning our umbrellas inside out! Seemed to take forever to get back to hotel, tho I know it was only about 10 minutes. Loved every moment of it! :)) Would definitely stay again!
