Excellent location, old town within a 10 minute walk; there are also bus routes nearby. Reasonably priced rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy with furnishings of a high standard, and was equipped with a fridge and safe alongside the usual TV and kettle. Staff were accommodating and friendly, and assisted where requested. Check-in/check-out process was simple, we were also able to store our luggage until we checked in later on the day of arrival. The hotel location was quiet and appeared to be amongst residential properties. The hotel also values sustainability which is a plus. Breakfast was fresh (continental). We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Bratislava.

Whilst we understand that the space in the breakfast room does not allow for this, a wider selection of hot food would have been nice. Bathroom extractor fan needs some attention (very noisy), however these points are minor and did not impact negatively on our stay.

A magic place in the heart of Bratislava with fast connection to the Castel and other historical locations. We travelled with a three years old girl and I can assure that we have been taken care of at the most perfect and dedicated way. The Staff is highly professional and friendly, rooms are spacious and well cleaned. A plus: the policy on green practices is truly implemented and it makes customers happy. Shower gels are provided and they are also bio. Breakfast was delicious and well portioned in line with the affluence of the customers. Parking spot available by payment is a good idea if you travel with car: it’s with cameras and visibly safe. We have noticed that the Hotel offers events’ room, but we did not experience for now. A place we will surely come back both for personal and professional purposes.

All was perfect, in every single detail.

The staff are very helpful. The location is in between the Old Town, the castle hill and Slavin, takes some uphill climb but can't be better. The expensive spacious apartment of mine with a huge terrace is great except only that the range hood is not linked to a smoke pipe so it's not advisable to cook with oil because the smell would require very good ventilation.

Suzanna at reception was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The room with kitchenette was lovely- ours was open plan and my sister had a separate bedroom in hers- both good. Very clean with everything you would need- kettle, hob, fridge. No bar- but reception sold cold drinks, beers and snacks. They also arranged taxis for us.

Slightly further to the old town than we thought but an OK walk! The patio area outside was being renovated so limited seats- but not a great issue!

It is close to the city, The hotel is pretty close to the city center and the old town. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean, modern and most important comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional and the owner was very attentive to all the details making sure of customer satisfaction. The breakfast was very varied suiting everyone's taste and everything was being refilled quickly. They have a small but effective gym if you wish to start your day with some physical activity. My stay was excellent and I recommend the hotel!

I really liked the very friendly staff member who was there when we arrived and who I asked about directions. She was lovely. Really lovely room with so much space and a big bathroom and nice bath and shower. Had a great stay there. Nice fruit in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast which I had for one night. I liked the location, it is around 12 minute walk to old town for me and 9 min walk to Tesco express, which for me was good as I struggle with noise so I liked being further away (even though it's still very near!). I didn't mind the hill either, it's nice to have a walk. Very comfortable bed for me. I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay.

The only issue I had was the sound of building works (which can't be helped) in the morning and that our room was on the ground floor with bright street lights outside. But I do generally struggle with sleeping with any noise or light so I brought earplugs and an eye mask and it didn't bother me too much at all. This is just if I had to comment on anything meaning I gave it a 9 instead of 10. Usually and at night the room was very quiet, not on a main road so low noise and hardly any traffic noise which was perfect for me.

The room was a extremely good size, I think it was a studio, with the kitchen and living area. The toilet was huge and anyway hot. Outside was -3 while inside the temperature was warm, I stay all the time with short sleeve. The breakfast was only 12€ per person and was big portion of everything, with coffee and orange juice as well. I really recommend to have it, keep it us full till our late lunch. The receptionist at the check in and the one at the evening shift so helpful. They answered to all our questions.

I liked the fact that the hosting team was incredibly friendly from the very start of my stay, from arrival, during the evening, and in the morning (during checkout procedures). I felt that myself, as well as all other guest are treated as VIPs, and I feel that the facilities are more than adequate for business and leisure visits to Bratislava. I have to give particular praise to the reception manager (I guess that's her role), who's name I unfortunately didn't catch, as at every point, the Mrs. provided detailed information for all my questions, and lead the team so that myself (and I've witnessed this on behalf of other guests as well) get royalty-level treatment. WIth a team leader like that, Mamaison is sure to maintain its incredible reputation!

As a smoker, I would have appreciated a moisture-blowing fan in the lounge space in front of the main entrance, as that would make enjoyment of this bad habit quite a bit easier, and it would provide me with a bit more comfort during period rests.

The room was clean and big. There were a few big closets and the bathroom had more than enough space. Due of an issue at the hotel, we were told upon our arrival that the breakfast we ll be served daily at our room. To be honest I was sceptical and it won’t be enough. But they provided everything with big variety and portions. The staff was amazing and cover our needs and questions at the blink of an eye. Especially the lady at the morning shift with glasses, sorry I didn’t catch her name, was super friendly and helpful. Top notch service! The location is about 10 minutes to the city centre on foot, but it is super easy to get there. Basically it is a straight line to get there. Thank you for a lovely stay there

The room was large and spacious. Very well laid out. It was very clean. The bathroom was lovely. Really enjoyed the stay in it.

The steep steps outside the main entrance, leading down to a very steep, cobbled driveway with loose stones. Very difficult to get my grandson's pram up steep ramp, and a dangerous trip hazard if carrying him.
