Beach in walking distance. Very nice room with a balkony. View to the green garden. Very quiet area in the back of the resort. Great for a beach holiday! Parking space included. Nice location at the south coast of Maui to do day trips in the surroundings (e.g. Haleakala National Park). It was one of the nicest stays we had during our Hawai'i vacation.

Great to have parking included, but: the open air parking space was completely full at certain times of the day, so we had to look for a space in the multi-storey car park. Here most spaces were reserved for longstay guests so it took us a while to find a spot to squeeze in (it was a very narrow parking space then).

Good location Nice, clean, small apartment with balcony. Aircondition worked well. There were anough green beach towels and white towels for 7 days.

Kitchenette was tiny, only with microwave and a small refrigerator. No stove. You can only warm up your food in microwave. No beach chairs available. It would be nice to have 2 beach chairs for clients. Apartment is good for 4-7 days

We liked the two pools and close proximity to the ocean and great restaurants! Interior design was cute as well.

Lower jacuzzi bubbler was not working, and amenities were somewhat outdated (bathroom sink, tiles, etc). There was not hot water in our sink.

Location is right across from the beach, and easy walk to food/food trucks and ABC store. Very comfortable temperature rooms (air conditioning!) and very clean! Pool was nice to have on site.

Parking is somewhat confusing, most spots are reserved for owners but it seems like some signs aren't always clear to see.

Our unit was far back at the end of the whole complex so a bit of a pain to get in and out. Overall not bad for the price - shower head was very sharp, could possibly use a different shower head for a more comfortable shower - especially if you’re sun burnt. Location is right in front of kamaole beach 2 I think - very convenient.

the room is spacious but the furnitures are old. The location is accessible, close to where we want to take some sunset/sunrise photos.

The only thing is that, it was a connecting room and the person on the other side was loud. I am not sure if you can choose non- connecting room, you may request.

The location was great, very short walk to the beach and shops. 10min walk to a great coffee shop. Great price for location in Maui. The air conditioner in the room was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was not cozy and felt thin.

The neighbor next door was so loud. I've never heard someone eat food that loud, clanking dishes, scraping food, mixing food...it was loud and late at night. They were a loud individual in general .

Excellent location in South Kihei. Has many restaurants close by within a mile. The property offers free parking. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us. The studio itself had a kitchenette, but didn't have a fully functional kitchen.

The carpet in the living room looked worn out and dirty

Location was great! Pool and grills were definitely utilized ;) The room was simple and tidy. Nice open environment, and easy parking.

The keycards stopped working everyday.. Thin walls, and drain flys.

Nice place and upkeep. Since we were near the road and it was a weekend we heard noise from the street but the ocean currents early morning may have drowned all that out. It was a very pleasant stay and good privacy with palm trees
