The location of the hotel and the swimming pool on the roof of the top is amzing good!!

The morning staff in the restaurant who service the breakfast , the lady every morning with un-happy face. It's better change another one or put the smile on the face. The customers come to the hotel for vacation it's not not going to join the funeral.

I don't understand where the good reviews come from. I travel a lot,but this's the first time I 've come across such a disgusting hotel and for the first time I was so unlucky with Booking. It's not a 3 star, it's a roadside motel. There're no sockets in the room. The phone was charged by taking out a ventilator and a hair dryer in the bathroom. No WiFi in the room. I left 2 nights early because I could not stand it. It's impossible to sleep on a hard mattress with protruding plastic plugs, I covered a towel on top. Stink from the sewer in the bathroom. No security measures: if you leave, you are required to hang your room key in the public domain. No one is watching them and you can easily be robbed. I asked to change my 2 breakfasts for lunch. I was refused. After my insistent requests, they said that lunch costs 20E, and breakfast 5E. I said that I would pay the difference of 10E, but after negotiations between the staff and the owner, they raised the price by another 5E, they said that I need to pay 15E. I was in shock, they are just robbing you. NEVER brought soap and shower gel during cleaning. 1 time I asked and they gave me 1 bottle for 2 people, I am not obliged to catch the staff and beg for what is paid. They didn’t clean for 3days, after check-in, I went to ask for cleaning. The next day they tried to clean my room at 8 am. The door was locked from the inside and we're very scared when someone persistently tried to break it. Wake up did not immediately realize what was happening. No one politely knocked on the door. The exchange of towels is indicated 1 time in 2 days, in reality they try not to change them at all, I had to ask for a replacement on the 4th day, they were carefully examined, then they agreed and asked for a room number. Cleaning is very poor, black hair and dust everywhere. Dirty walls in the room, the mirror is in a terrible state.

Breakfast is just awful: yogurt, 1croissant per person, 1lemon cream pie (it was changed 2 times in 10 days),1 muffin, croutons, biscuits, a couple of pieces of ham and cheese , a couple of boiled eggs. 5-6 nectarines, 5-6 apricots and 5-6 plums. Horrible quality fruit, green( so guests don't eat and can be left for the next breakfast. This is the amount for BREAKFAST FOR ALL GUESTS. If you come at 9.00, you will even beg for yogurt. For 2 people they give 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 chair. With an empty beach, you are placed in the last and penultimate line. There are no beach towels.. AVOID THIS HOTEL
