We had the three bedroom suite for 4 nights. Suite was very clean. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing view and big terrace. Service is friendly and hospitable.

One of the showers leaked and flooded the bathroom each shower. The technician was unable to fix. Towel heaters not working and unable to fix. Only 1 key for the unite. Breakfast was the same each morning and with poor coffee. We paid additionally for professional machine coffee. Hard to find the first time, especially with a car.

It was stated that there is a kettle in the room. But there was no kettle and getting it turned out to be a problem, since, according to the workers, they are constantly "fighting" for a kettle for guests. "So few kettles and so many guests". Is it really possible that a 4-star hotel that specifies that it provides a kettle in the room can’t afford to buy some kettles? ... and avoid a constant "fight" over which customer gets the kettle and avoid the ridiculous situation.

While the hotel's location was a bit distant from Budva's old town, the exceptional staff more than made up for it. The team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, providing excellent service and invaluable help. Their dedication and friendliness significantly enhanced our overall experience, making the extra travel time to the old town feel like a minor inconvenience. If you value outstanding customer service and don't mind being slightly removed from the historic center, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The hotel itself is situated in a great location, the breakfast was standard and as you would expect but was available in full every morning, they never ran out and was constantly topping it up. the service and the staff was great, very friendly and incredibly helpful

Maybe abit more variation to the breakfast, but for the price there really wasn't much to complain about. I didn't find the pool that welcoming, but you are in close proximity some very nice beaches and entertainment.

The hotel is located in the center of Budva, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus station nearby. We had a room on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the city. The hotel is quite simple, but worth the money. The rooms are ordinary, everything is quite clean. The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The breakfasts were good for a small hotel.

The Wi-Fi in the room worked poorly, it didn't work on the balcony at all, the hotel should fix it. The water in the pool was uncomfortably cold.

Our room had a large balcony with hot tub, sun loungers and great view. Friendly and helpful staff in the hotel from the receptionist to cleaners to waiters. Good breakfast with choice of hot or cold food and cereals and yoghurt. We had dinner in the hotel one night and the meal was excellent.

There would have been more privacy in our room if one of the bedrooms could have been separated from the living area perhaps with sliding doors.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and cozy. The staff was polite and eager to help. Really loved the location and overall facilities.

We didn't like that the pool area didn't have enough sun beds for this number of residents. Only 4 sunbeds were available, so it was impossible to rest there

The hotel location is in a quiet residential area which is a great escape after being in the busy Budva centre during the day. The hotel was clean and the quality of our room was very good. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The inclusive breakfast provided a wide and varied choice.

The only points I would add for improvements - which are minor are.....a few more sunbeds by the pool would be great. Maybe 3 or 4. There are safes provided in the room but would be more secure if they were fixed in.

Good hotel. Good room. Good location, close to shops, beach, bus station. Quiet place. Needs a little cosmetic repair, but these are minor things. Nothing prevented me from enjoying my vacation. I liked everything. I didn't have time to swim in the pool, I'll have to try it next time. Thank you!

A huge, well-equipped room with a large balcony (5th floor) and a view of the city and a bit of the sea. There is parking at the hotel and in this congested city it is a big advantage. good breakfast A large and luxurious shower

Access on foot to the hotel is not nice. The hotel is located at the end of a 150 meter long dead end road.
