The hotel was perfect for a family holiday. Busra and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great near a mall and the public beach. However, we had to book a taxi to go to the center as it is a bit far to go by walking. The breakfast was wonderful with great variety of food.

My only complaint is that we would have liked to have the option to use the AC to cool the room but we were told that it is turned off due to the shift to winter season.

1- they didnt pick up my luggage on arrival neither did they walk me to the rooms 2- i asked for late checkout and the receptionist at the time was not helpful neither

The location of the hotel is just 9 minutes away from the Trabzon Airport, while another best thing that beside the hotel entrance there is a huge mall that has almost everything, including the food court. The hotel was super clean, and they gave us a free room upgrade with a sea view, which was breathtaking. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful they tried to help make our stay super comfortable.

The bathroom lock was not available.

It is a great one and really I love it. It is highly recommended for families. A tip: choose the sea view rooms, it worth the price difference

The only issue with the hotel is the air condition. Rooms are very hot during the day and night as well. I asked them to turn it on but they replied it is the hotel policy to keep it off maybe until late April. They provided a fan but it didn’t help a lot

The room staff don't provide all things like robes, toothbrushes, water, coffee pods, and... only after receiving a tip or complaining. The hotel does not have a section for guiding services for tourism and there are no guaranteed instructions or services for transportation despite being a five-star hotel and in a tourist area. The furniture is old, the rooms lack decoration, and despite all this, these things have to be compared with all the hotels in the city to assess what the hotel lacks. There is no exploitation of the beach by the hotel

The staff was very heplful and answered all my questions. They are so friendly. It is easy to access all facilities from same place. The view of the sea and the garden are spectacular, you can enjoy the beach any time of the day. It is quite and peaceful. I suggest you to have your breakfast in open area, you will love it (appetizing buffet by the way). The rooms are very clean, they really care about your needs and provide you all hygiene supplies without charge if you request. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come again.

Everything was satisfying

Hotel has really nice location a bit outside of city: big shooing center is just nearby; own beach, small but nice garden. Indoor pool was a good addition: clean and warm. breakfast was good and little play table for kids at the lobby is a fantastic idea to keep them busy.

Room are a bit worn out already; mini bar was empty; you need to ask for bathrobe and buy a swimming cap for the pool if you don’t have your own. Also half board system was a bit confusing for hotel staff - at restaurant you need to order a la cart and the waiters were not clear how ,,half board system,, works in this case.

In general, everything is satisfactory including the staff, services, and WiFi connectivity.

The breakfast options are quite limited and lack variety. Additionally, the bathroom sink requires repairs, and the air conditioning system does not provide cooling.

great view from the sea view room. The room is a little dated but still quite modern. Lovely foyer and restaurant areas which have been really well decorated. the restaurant meal in the evening was extremely good. The chefs looked like they really cared and we could see them working on the open kitchen. The breakfast manager was very professional and also friendly. we want to acknowledge his superior service and friendly manner.

The hotel is very well located and near the airport, there is also a nice mall in walking distance. There is a large car parking . The hotel itself is 9/10 . I was a bit worried from the large amount of negative reviews. But the hotel and staff are not like the negative reviews. The staff are very helpful, and there isn't any issues to be solved anyway so 10/10. The hotel is very quite ,maybe even too quite . So it's a 10/10 regarding noise. Breakfast is 9/10 , the only bad was the coffee wasn't very good ,but the food is as good as it gets. Rooms are very clean ,the carpet could use a shampoo vacuum cleaning, but still clean. so it a 9/10. Location is anther 10. The view is anther 10. It's family friendly as well . Overall its a pleasant stay and I will comeback whenever am in trabzon .
