However, I would suggest adjusting the meal schedule slightly. Offering fruits and dessert around midday could help, as the interval between breakfast and dinner is quite long. Also, the evening meal is very hearty, which might be a bit much for a late-night dinner, and serving it a little earlier could make it more comfortable for guests."

"I noticed a strong smell in the corridors, which might not be pleasant for all guests. Also, while I understand that entering the pool with clothes may be allowed, I felt that the pool area could benefit from more frequent cleaning."

• The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — rich variety, fresh, and well-presented every morning. • The hotel has a private beach, great for short walks and relaxing. • The indoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. • Daily cleaning was reasonable and consistent. • Room size was acceptable and comfortable enough for our family.

• The jacuzzi was not working throughout our stay, which was disappointing. • We arrived early at 10:00 AM after a sleepless night with the kids, but the male receptionist insisted on charging us €50 for early check-in. Unfortunately, his attitude was not welcoming or understanding, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. • The private beach access was limited — we were asked to pay 180 TL per beach chair, which was unexpected and seemed excessive. • The room photos online gave the impression of a more luxurious setup — the actual rooms were decent, but not as impressive as advertised.

The hotel was perfect for a family holiday. Busra and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great near a mall and the public beach. However, we had to book a taxi to go to the center as it is a bit far to go by walking. The breakfast was wonderful with great variety of food.

My only complaint is that we would have liked to have the option to use the AC to cool the room but we were told that it is turned off due to the shift to winter season.

The location of the hotel is just 9 minutes away from the Trabzon Airport, while another best thing that beside the hotel entrance there is a huge mall that has almost everything, including the food court. The hotel was super clean, and they gave us a free room upgrade with a sea view, which was breathtaking. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful they tried to help make our stay super comfortable.

The bathroom lock was not available.

1- they didnt pick up my luggage on arrival neither did they walk me to the rooms 2- i asked for late checkout and the receptionist at the time was not helpful neither

It is a great one and really I love it. It is highly recommended for families. A tip: choose the sea view rooms, it worth the price difference

The only issue with the hotel is the air condition. Rooms are very hot during the day and night as well. I asked them to turn it on but they replied it is the hotel policy to keep it off maybe until late April. They provided a fan but it didn’t help a lot

The room staff don't provide all things like robes, toothbrushes, water, coffee pods, and... only after receiving a tip or complaining. The hotel does not have a section for guiding services for tourism and there are no guaranteed instructions or services for transportation despite being a five-star hotel and in a tourist area. The furniture is old, the rooms lack decoration, and despite all this, these things have to be compared with all the hotels in the city to assess what the hotel lacks. There is no exploitation of the beach by the hotel

The staff was very heplful and answered all my questions. They are so friendly. It is easy to access all facilities from same place. The view of the sea and the garden are spectacular, you can enjoy the beach any time of the day. It is quite and peaceful. I suggest you to have your breakfast in open area, you will love it (appetizing buffet by the way). The rooms are very clean, they really care about your needs and provide you all hygiene supplies without charge if you request. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come again.

Everything was satisfying

I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for several years, and I have the following observations: 1. The garden is deteriorating, and the green layer is damaged. 2. The breakfast is not at the same level as before, with fewer options available. 3. Some of the hotel’s facilities are broken.

Breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
