Staff were very friendly and helpful - in the absence of air-conditioning, one of them offered me a fan without my asking for it. The hotel is on the edge of Pont-Audemer, so there isn't really anything else nearby - the nearest places to eat are about 15 minutes' walk. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but clean and well maintained. Pont-Audermer itself isn't a tourist centre so probably the best reason to stay here is as a stopping off point on a longer journey.

When I arrived in the rain by motorcycle the receptionist immediately offered to let me store my bike in the garage. Excellent! Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced

The hotel could do with an upgrade really, it's a little past its best but still clean and comfortable.

Spacious room, comfy bed, efficient shower. Good breakfast friendly staff member. No kettle or cups in the room so we enquired if it was possible to have one and we were given one straight away.

Nothing could make it better, it was good value for money.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped put my motorbike in and out of the garage after each ride.

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. The room was compact, traditional decor and had a cosy feel to it. The bath was welcome after our long cycle ride. The breakfast was plentiful and good value; we had somewhere secure to leave our bikes.

Water could have been a little warmer from hot tap.

One of our party had had an accident so our amazingly kind host phoned the hospital and even offered to store a bike in his garage. Comfortable bed, quiet and nice to have a small bath.

The male receptionist was very helpful and worked hard to make our stay work for us. He worked very hard to make sure the breakfast was enjoyable.
