Space! Huge and comfortable apartment with all the facilities you need (no washing machine but it's not common in Italy anyway) Pasqualina is exceptional, best customer service, so friendly and accommodating and helpful with advice around the area!! Parking by the house. Safe area. Nice view of olive trees. Not touristy. Huge store around the corner for all your food shopping, fresh and local products too with coffee shop and a bite to eat. (Iper sisa). Easy access to motorway from here to explore the area inc Sila National park. Amantea has the best family pescetaria with the freshest seafood/fish and mamma's fresh cooking, open all day. (Dommy fish).

Walls are quite thin and upstairs neighbours are very noisy until late but again , you are in Italy, it's all loud 😀

As we were just two personst, only obe bed and bathroom was accessible. Living room, kitchen, bedroom very quite new and very nice. Equipment enough for the two of us-and we did not cook, but for 6 people I would highly recommend to add plates, cups, pans etc. Unfortunately the shower does not fit to the rest of the Appartement, very bad condition:( Very very friendly host who gave us a good restaurant recommendation.

Pasqualina is an amazing person. She is very friendly and approchable. The house is super clean.

The owners were welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. The apartment is neat and clean. The beds are comfortable and as a family it is useful to have two bathrooms with separate toilets. The kitchen dining area has everything you need with a coffee machine and wonderful Italian coffee. The apartment is within a secure complex within a peacefully quiet and very safe area. It is perfectly positioned if you are travelling by car to surrounding towns and beautiful coastlines. was
