A nice and quiet place for a vacation with the family. Tatiana is always available. The pool is great and we enjoyed it.

I recommend to change mattress or put memory mattress on the bed because it is quite hard.

We had a great stay at Bella De Lux Apts. We were provided with an upgrade as we were travelling for our anniversary and on top of that the flat was full of snacks, fruit and 2 bottles of wine, just amazing! Great location, very close to Ypsos beach and just 25min by car to Paleokastritsa. Nice swimming and facilities as well! The service was also great, providing us with tips about how to reach the property and rental car options if needed. Also, during the stay they made sure we had everything we needed and they would reply very fast. Wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely fine, there isn't much to complain about. Perhaps inside the bathroom the pipes underneath the wash basin and the tap should be replaced by new ones, they are a little rusty and covered with limescale. Same goes for the water boiler. Apart from these, we liked the place and recommend it to anyone.

Tatiana, the owner, was very helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and food delivery. She also helped us rent a car and offered advice on boat trips. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the large parking area, and the well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for those who like to cook.

Some mosquitoes trying to get into the room, but the terrace door had a mosquito net which helped a lot.

Tatiana is a very nice and hospitable person. She makes a big effort so that your stay will be perfect. Starting with things like small surprises waiting for you when you arrive. You get full attention for you needs. she gives you lots of recommendation on where to go. The environment is very good, Location quite in the middle of everything. Rooms are big, nice terrace.

It's true that it's not the fanciest place, but still you have everything you need, and it's clean and comfortable.

This hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality. We will gladly return here time and time again. Thank the host for an unforgettable experience! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every morning we woke up well-rested and ready for a new day. The cleanliness of the bed linens and towels was top-notch, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We could prepare breakfasts just like we would at home. All the cookware, pots, and pans were in excellent condition.

The place itself is a little piece of paradise. With Bella (the cutest dog) being in charge :) The pool is clean, with water at just the right temperature, and flowers and green all around it. All rooms have a pool view, are clean, and kept clean over our stay with fresh sets of towels, sheets, and everything we needed. But the host itself exceeded our expectations by far. She welcomed us with all the necessary info, all contacts, and all kinds of suggestions. With her help, we rented a car at the best possible price, got a list of the best beaches, restaurants, ice cream places, and organized trips... she has it all prepared, better than most tourist agencies. When you stay at her place it is like you stay at your family member. The location is good, hidden from the noise of pubs, and cars... but also on just a few minutes of walk to the beach, market, and great restaurant right next to it...

everything was perfect

Lovely complex, Apartments were good size, comfortable and clean with everything needed. Pool was great. Close enough to the beach around 300metres. Owner was amazing lovely lady sooo helpful, gave all information possible about amenities, restaurants, buses, etc... plus always there willing to help or provide whatever needed. 100% recommend and will come back :)

Our room was upgraded for free to duplex, which was nice unexpected surprise from hostess. I’m really picky when it comes to cleaning and this property was as tidy as it could be. The mattresses are quite good, more suitable for those who like not very soft. The location between Ipsos and Dassia is perfect for those with a car. If you cook yourself, then grocery stores are about a kilometer away. Nearby there is also a stop of green and blue buses. Peace and quiet all around. There is a pool and even a children's pool - they are perfectly clean! The hostess is very friendly and ready to guide you on the spot.

The kitchen equipment is really simple and basic - fair for the price you pay for accommodation, but still for those who got used to electrical kettle - there is no. But there were pots and a powerful stove, where the water boiled very quickly.

Renovated rooms, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Large balcony outside rooms for seating and hanging clothes. Pool is large and goes deep and parking was easy.

Shower stall doors didn’t always stay shut so water would spray out and side road to property should be smoothed out more.
