Warm, comfortable room, close to town centre, good breakfast, good reasonably priced evening meal, restaurant was very busy with the locals at lunch and dinner time so having a booking is necessary. English spoken by many of the staff which was very much appreciated.

Even though I was aware that there was no lift I found the number of stairs and steepness quite a challenge. Parking can be a problem as the parking is only available from 4pm until 10am and there are very few parking spots. There’s an unsecured parking area about 4 minutes walk away. The hotel will provide a parking card on request if early arrival.

I had a lovely stay here. Everyone was kind and helpful. Do try the restaurant. It has a great menu of Bavarian favourites. The room was spacious and it was super easy to get to the museums and fossil sites from the hotel. Can definitely recommend.

Very well managed and well established place, very popular with locals, Food very good, wide choice in the menu.

Room had excellent outlook, spacious, but slightly spartan.

check-in to the room was scheduled for 13:00, I had to wait on the street for another 20 minutes.
