We had a fantastic stay at Costa Luvi Hotel. The location is amazing, with easy access to the city center by bus and a private beach just steps away. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The overall value for the price was excellent. Even if the food and beverages were really unsatisfying, the efforts and behaviors of the staff was so nice. Especially, I really thank to Mehmet the bartender, Serhat and Mikail for their extra efforts and hospitality. The beach and pool were well organized and proper.

There were no any animation and entertainment. If we didn’t go with our friends, most probably we got really bored. There were no activities except boat tour and night club (with charge). All of the meals, breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner, were so disappointing. Both the variety and quality were so poor.

Everyone is very helpful, the rooms are clean.

The hotel has a beautiful yard with beautiful flowers , our room is nice enough and clean thanks to the cleaner lady she was nice and always smiling we love her ❤️ staff all of them were very communicative and friendly Mr Elhan the manager was doing everything to make our holiday funny and nice thank to you. The kitchen staff and bar staff were nice people. just 2 animators were also great people very friendly ...food in the restaurant was delicious ...pool and beach are so close to each other and clean water then other side. in this hotel I liked people without them it could not be a good holiday so what I like there most ? People.. people.. people.. ❤️❤️❤️thank you all

Our room was ok. small but nice enough but very small balcony not even balcony 😅and very small bathroom even I can't feet there .The hotel needs renovation .the hotel has the potential to be interesting .. new furniture, bigger bathroom and balconies .. many other rooms had a big balcony ..

This review is for Costa Bitezhan hotel, as the original property could not accommodate us due to a last minute issue with the reservation. However, the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly, and our trip did not suffer at all. The substitute property was very similar to this one, located nearby, so we got all the amenities we were looking for. The food was fresh and nice, and the beach quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and communicative.

Everything was to our liking. Perhaps the food selection could use a bit of diversity, but at the price point it's reasonable and fair.

Wonderful small hotel in a great location! Close to the bus station and the center. The hotel is located on a beautiful sandy beach, with a neat grassy yard, great for families with children. The hotel is very clean and the food is delicious. The hotel staff is very friendly, smiling and always available to help. Everyone tries very hard to keep the hotel at a high level, I would especially like to point out Şef Kadir who works tirelessly and makes sure that everything is in the best order. It is impossible not to notice it. We were satisfied with everything there and hope to return there again.

Internet was so week and the taxi from the hotel to another places was so difficult due to language barrier

This hotel is everything you’d need for a lovely holiday with your family. We stayed at this hotel after a poor experience at another and had to move, and we were so grateful to finally be able to stay somewhere welcoming, clean, safe and comfortable. The manager was the best, he gave us the most wonderful welcome and even got stuck in with playing with the kids around the pool. The food was great with a good variety everyday. There were always plenty of sun loungers and access to the beach was lovely. Lots of shops and bars close by to walk to including good markets. I definitely recommend this hotel!
