-The staff called me on 10.20pm and knocked on my door for taking another mattress which is using by us due to there is another group of people requesting for additional mattress. -It is very annoying that the receptionist didn't request the other group of people to keep in a low voice when it is at midnight (12.35am) where everyone might already fall asleep. Although I'm aware that there is a budget hotel but it seems like the receptionist didn't done a great work.

The hotel is run by a sweeper, who brings his family to stat as well. There is no other staff. The "manager" asks for the online payment of the money, only then they open the door. My father was standing out in rain for an hour, but that sweeper didn't let him in, and was continuously asking to talk to the manager on phone. When he tried the numbers, Boone was picking the call. Later, when I called on WhatsApp they replied, and after that he could enter the hotel. Such a pathetic experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my biggest enemies.

I didn't actually stay in the place in the end, it was very different to how it is advertised and the overall experience wasn't good. I only stayed one night and then relocated. The manager was very friendly and apologetic, though.
