A very nice antique place to stay in nice surroundings.

We had paid for the parking of the hotel, but unfortunately the friendly receptionist didn't know which parkings were from the hotel. So some not so friendly neighbours told us to move the car. That was very inconvenient. It the hotel receptionist knew where the parkings of the hotel are; would have made our arrival much more pleasant.

The location of the hotel was astonishing, less than a half Km away from the beach and close at the same time to the old city with a beautiful Park nearby and a green surrounding

A bit expensive for a three stars hotel, taking in consideration the size of the room for two persons

An exceptional European breakfast.

I disliked nothing about the hotel itself. My discomfort involved the fact that I disembarked a ferry at the Travelmunde port late in the evening. There were no taxis or buses running at the time so I had to walk nearly 5 miles to the closed hotel. Detailed instructions helped me gain entry into the quiet hotel. This obviously has nothing to do with the hotel. It might be a good idea, though, for the hotel to let guests know the distance it is from the terminal and to even arrange a taxi service.

This was our third stay at Landhaus Bode. With it's fantastic breakfast, there was everything we wished. And in a nice and quiet area not far from the beach but a bit longer walk to the centre of Trave.

Loved the breakfast area and selection. Close to main beach area and bus stops - quaint old building and classic euro vibes
