The hotel is located at city centre, so traveling to anywhere in the city was comfortable and quick. The hotel restaurant's buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were amazing - good variety and delicious! The hotel staff is really polite and very helpful.

The rooms are a bit small in size and feel overcrowded with too much furniture. As an ITC Group hote, the washroom should have better brand of toiletries instead of Biotique. Also, only bath towels were available and no hand towels were there - even after housekeeping service. Requested for an extra mattress and the folding cot we got could not be straightened completely and caused discomfort while sleeping.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is 25-30 mnts. from airport. The staff specially Sandhya, Amrutha and Pravallika were very helpful to resolve any issue. Breakfast was good and included both indian and continental types. As a whole the ambience of hotel is good.

Lift not going upto parking area. This causes problem to person with restricted mobility, though you can ask receptionist to unlock the lift so that it can go upto parking area.

The hotel is in the heart of Vizag. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The suite room was gorgeous. Quite large and very well appointed. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Everything was spectacular clean and hygienic. The washroom was excellent with a shower area and a bath tub. Very clean. There was a second toilet for the living room. There were large TVs in the living room and bedroom and a small one in the bath! The shower cubicle felt small for a six footer like me. The price was very attractive

There's nothing that I didn't like

Hospitality was exceptional. All the staff right from the gate to room were courteous. Breakfast was excellent, though it was buffet, staff served the food voluntarily with affection. Myself and my wife wholeheartedly appreciate Fortune Inn and its team for their service. In the last 15 years we might have stayed in more than 100+ hotels in India and Abroad, Fortune Inn stands out of all the Hotels we stayed.

Absolutely nothing.

Requested connecting rooms at the last minute and it was arranged by the team. Our family stayed only a night and felt that we should have stayed a bit longer. Very neat and comfortable rooms and restrooms with all the required toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was very good, traditional, continental and healthy options available. Family or individual anyone can book this place without hesitation

Great experience, We were tam of 13 and everyone enjoyed the stay and the facility. Restaurant staff are courteous and very very helpful. Since some of us do not take Onion and Garlic, they specially prepared a Jain food for us. Mr. Rajesh in the resultant was very helpful and did a great job for us. Special Thanks to him.

Good breakfast.

Room location. Mine was a 4 night stay. Based on the orientation , I requested to shift me in front road facing room after two nights.The people in the reception agreed, but every evening giving some excuses for non compliance. This was some thing not palatable. As such during my stay(5/2/24 to 9/02/24) except first night, the hotel was not crowded, rather many rooms were vacant. The hotel as such is good.

Excellent behavior of supporting staffs, specially Ms Labanya (House Keeping), Mr Prasad, Santhosa and L Ganesh (Room Service). Surprised to get very good support while parking my vehicle. All the persons from Security responsible for providing guidance during parking and going out from the hotel was exceptionally good.

Above room during the day post lunch and evening there was constant noice of hammers and movement of furniture was coming on last day of our stay we stayed for total 4 nights

Why are asking irrelevant questions like what for we are going. With whom Pl leave customers free from all these nonsense questions. Where we go like visiting beach etc are not concerned to you.

Summing up Hotel is good that's all.
