My overall experience was damn good. Rooms were big, clean and well maintained with a beautiful mountain view. I really wanna appreciate the staff who were very polite and helping. Special thanks to your manager (I forgot her name), she understood our problem and helped us to extend our stay till evening with a reasonable amount. Her personal and professional behaviour are commendable. I will surely recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Put a board/hoarding at the front of building so that everyone can find the hotel easily. Variety in breakfast should be added, there were only 2 options available.

The facilities were good

The cheaper room had a smart tv, the more expensive one we rented had normal TV with just cable so we weren't able to watch Netflix. Why the more expensive room had the worst i don't know.

Location, cleanness, comfortable rooms and nice looking location balcony with toilet, knowledge and helpful nature staff.

The room was good and clean on our arrival. The washroom was clean . Extra chairs and tables were there for work.

The TV had only south Indian content The hotel was on another property at the eight floor. There was no window view. In case of any mishap getting out of the building would have been a daunting task. There was no in-house restaurant or kitchen The morning breakfast was outsourced from elsewhere.

It's is a good hotel,located in a nice place. All staffs are very good . Good ambiance

Only language issues. In the night the receiption guy not able to communicate . He only knows Telugu.

This place is overwhelming, welcoming from the host was amazing felt like home, I was offered a drink to relax during my check in, i was impressed with the hospitality of the staff. The rooms were Clean and well sanitised which was main concern during the pandemic. Overall this place was joy to stay in for vacation and holidays. Breakfast is hot and yummy too..

The check in time, they took more than 15 min to check me in, which I didn't like.

I have stayed there for 17 days, staff was amazing and supportive. I would highly recommend this property

Location is nice. View from the balcony is nice.

There's no geyser for hot water. There's no in-house restaurant.

Nice but with name board should be on road it will be better to search with full name treebo trend siesta not only a short name

Flooding problem

The hotels location is very convenient and the hospitality is homely. They have balconies that shows mountains view. Very cooperative staff and specially Kareem is a cool guy.
