Staff at the reception is very conscientious….room service spontaneous.Food is excellent.Thank you note was very heart touching . Help desk service is very responsive. Thank you Gift was unexpected .

Staff at the restaurant …not the service staff , the staff at the entrance of the restaurant. They are little unmannered . If your hotel checks on these points , it will be upto the mark .pricing is little higher than your competitors.

Excellent presentation, very tasty and a variety of foods. I liked the way the Chef interacting with customers asking how he can do better.

Hotel phone number is non functional. In spite of couple of requests through email to arrange transportation from the airport, transportation was not arranged and I got a response from the customer service next day morning after I arrived.

Restaurant with kindful Chef were noticeable especially Devendra was very interactive with the customers to know their choices and serve them better.

In the morning sessions at the time of breakfast most of the waiters were observed to be trainees with very poor curtacy and need them special Training on that part.

The staff Lokesh, Shruti and Bijay were exceptionally courteous. The housekeeping personnel Sandeep did a great job in making sure our room was clean when we returned back exhausted after a long day. There was nothing not to like.

Marriot group is having it's own sets of rule..they really make you feel like the king (in my case queen)..if you have some feedback, then they will make sure that they will work on it..same goes for Fairfiled..the staffs were amazing..they listensed to me and then they kept on giving me surprises (from welcoming to giving me farewell)..I am totally in awwwwww...

Just a constructive feedback..everything is almost perfect..quite appreciable initiation to hire local (specially female kitchen staffs for making coffee or bread items) in their kitchen..but they need to have a Sous chef for taking care of North Indian dishes.. like Pav bhaji had good amount of garam masala, chole is quite sweet, etc..its not the current didn't try but it could have been better...

The initial booking process had hiccups, However i was extremely overwhelmned with the services provided by the entire staff. The reception staff(Vijay for understanding our needs), the housekeeping,(for decorating the room) the chef (for the special chocolate pancake), the bartender (for the special kid juice) all took care of the smallest little thing and my kid/ family were very happy. The hospitalitly and customer service was nothing less than world class and this could easily be one of the best customer service i have ever received in one go. The location could have been better. You could not even open the curtain for the sunlight as residential building was too close for comfort.

The staff is exceptionally professional and makes all possible efforts to make the stay memorable. Special thanks to Chef Debendra for excellence in his field. And special thanks to the staff for the touching farewell

The staff hospitality. Especially the impeccable service from Front Office reception, Ajay. Also loved the cleanliness and fresh bedsheets. Food was of high quality.

We noticed the toilet cover was broken. It was loose & just fell off. We didn’t report it as we were not staying long. In addition, the shower head was not fixed to the shower and kept falling off. Water came out at an odd angle. The room had a musty smell when entering but it dissipated once the aircon was on. I will definitely stay again at this property if I ever visit Vizag again. Great value for money.

Breakfast was great! Location could have been closer to the beach. Staff was delightful. I really like the variety of foods available. also, the bed was very comfortable and i liked the multiple pillows so I could prop up in be and read.

I had some difficulty keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The water temperature in the shower could have been warmer. I like to work at the desk but there was always a windchill there when the AC was on.

The hotel offers above-average service. Special thanks go to the chef De-Brenda and in the service area to SONIA, who provided excellent service, as well as to AFTAB (Reception), who helped us a lot.
