The property was very neat and clean. The greatest highlight should be the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very kind a helpful. The last time I took Best Western was in 2018 in Hyderabad and they were the worst staff I have seen. I went with very low expectations when I decided to choose Best Western in Vizag thinking the room would be average, the breakfast would be below par and the staff would be the worst ones to be. However Best Western Plus Tejvivaan was a 10/10 in everything (including location). Kudos to the whole team. I joined their loyalty program because of the employees and I hope other BW properties are equally good.

Things I liked: 1. Great location. Close to various attractions, restaurants and shops. 2. Very satisfactory cleanliness. 3. Perfect lighting in the room & bathroom. Quality toiletries. 4. Good shower pressure. 5. Comfortable bed. No outside noise. 6. Courteous staff. 7. Decent in-house restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices. 8. Printout of TV channel list so that you don't have to search.

Things I would have liked better: 1. Alcoholic drinks not available in the "bar". Not even beer. 2. Menu card should be in every room. 3. No particularly pleasant views from the room. But that's to be expected out of a city-center hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and could solve our inquiries. The reception was very good and they helped us arrange transport whenever needed. At the restaurant they were very understanding and supportive. We felt very welcomed.

We arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, but the reservation was never made. We had to arrange last-minute transfer, but they easily arranged for our transfer from the hotel, which was very helpful.

Room size was lil small for the amount of money it is charging but the stuff were very polite and over all experience was good

The check in time is way too late like 2pm . It can be atleast 11pm or 12pm . People like us who reached vizag at 7am it was very difficult to wait til that late and early check-in was chargeable

Excellent for a international brand in all areas good level English speaking staff. Superb level of breakfast counter with Indian and continental food.

No inter net connection for TV. Unable to see movies on TV. Staff is very slow and doesn't understand Hindi. Very less co operative for small kits providing.

One of the best hotel in vizag. And near by R.k Beach ⛱️ Room was well clean and hygienic. Comfortable beds . Housekeeping staff very helpful Thank you for providing a comfortable stay
