They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast spread was excellent, although we felt it could benefit from a few more continental and English breakfast options, including a wider selection of cereals. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to customer care. After a bumpy start due to room renovations, the team took proactive steps to compensate us and provide exceptional service. Their efforts were genuinely appreciated and elevated our stay to another level. In our opinion, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating, not just for its amenities, but for the outstanding service and dedication of its staff. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

I had a wonderfully comfortable stay at Green Park Hotel, Vizag - the room, service, and staff behavior were all excellent. Special thanks to Jyothi ma’am, Latha ma’am, and the engineering team for their prompt and efficient resolution of the minor issues during my visit - they handled everything quickly and professionally. I truly appreciated how Jyothi ma’am was always there to assist; her genuine warmth and consistent effort made the stay feel personal and comfortable, never like talking to a stranger. Thanks to the attentive team and well-maintained property, I highly recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay at GreenPark Visakhapatnam. The reception staff were warm and efficient, during check-in and check out process was smooth as butter . Evening time complimentary HI-tea helps anyone to relax after a long hectic day. Team during the Hi-Tea , friendly and helpful . Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room clean . Dining at Tulips , delicious food with excellent service from all the team Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience with great attention to detail in service and cleanliness. Highly recommend for business or leisure travelers.

It’s good and decent. Calm quiet without any disturbances. Clean and hygienic. Food is good.

The reception guy made us wait for long at the time of arrival even after informing them previous day by call. Also they allotted wrong room initially and later changed after asking. AC was bad in room but they resolved immediately after complaining.

Excellent location . Entire staff is friendly and helpful . Very fast response . I love the breakfast every day with 20 to 30 different varieties and so yummy . Vey good hospitality by the reception staff .And entire team . Anita and Avani are very kind friendly and polite .
