The staff were all lovely. Genuinely friendly people who were amused/bemused that the hotel had been invaded by scores of cricket-loving Brits. The breakfast was really delicious, stronger on the local dishes. Plenty of fresh fruit and pasties for those who don’t want spicy food for breakfast. The rooms are good, we found the bed comfortable and the shower was great.

I liked everything. Some constructive observations: the pool tiles need to be remedied, dozens have fallen off. Maybe invest in more sunloungers? And it wouldn’t hurt to stock the bar with some more wine. The local wine is good and should be promoted. Minor quibbles!

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Vizag, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Despite our arrival at around 7 a.m., they had our rooms ready by 8:30 a.m. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to freshen up and enjoy our day at the beach while they prepared our accommodations. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. What truly impressed us was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, and we appreciated the convenience and comfort they provided. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we left with wonderful memories. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton at Vizag to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The only downside to our otherwise wonderful stay was the pool timings. The pool closed at 7 p.m., which was a bit disappointing. We spent the entire day sightseeing and by the time we returned to the hotel, we were informed that the pool was closed. Since we had to leave early the next morning around 6 a.m., we couldn’t enjoy the pool at all. It would have been better if the pool stayed open until 9 p.m., which is common in many hotels.

During my three night stay I liked more is the location it’s quiet on a hill top away from noisy bazaars but just walkable distance from the Main Street and shopping centers The staffs were very helpful and polite Restaurant is serving tasty food though it’s spicy

Everything about the stay was great. Room was spacious with all the adequate amenities, close to beach, various restaurants and sightseeing places. Food was also good, we celebrated our parents anniversary. I also loved the lavish breakfast spread. Special thanks to Akshay, Kaveri and Pavan from the restaurant, who helped in all our requests at the restaurant. Overall, thank you to all staffs in the hotel who made us feel welcomed and made our family trip extra special.

Maybe the lightings in the room can be little more bright

The Hotel hospitality was amazing the staff were very helpful very informed and very warm . where would you have a wonderful experience while eating breakfast watching dolphins playing in open sea thank you

Try keeping day tools on the boat

The stay was comfortable and the entire staff was very courteous. Had an excellent experience with quality service delivered perfectly by every department. The food was exceptional, tasty, and made with love & care. Had our breakfast & dinner only at the restaurant despite multiple choices available at a close distance. Special mention to the restaurant staff Akshay who took care of every small need and every request with a smile on his face, for a family group of 10 individuals with senior citizens to small kids, we were quite demanding. Truly a five-star experience.

Few lights etc were dysfunctional in my room.

Since I was in the hotel for only 1 night, both Dinner and next day Breakfast was pretty good.

Room was large - BUT NEEDS A BIT OF "SPRUCING UP". Slightly DULL ROOMS. The Window had a 'Thick Curtain' only. It also needs a Second Light Curtain otherwise the room becomes TOTALLY DARK if the Thick Curtain is drawn ! The Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.

Extremely hospitable staff. Special mention to Pallavi at front desk and Sirisha at the Eatery.

The bathroom which was spacious and otherwise well equipped had only an overhead shower. A hand shower or spout would be handy specially when you just need to rinse your feet when coming in from outside.

Good location, near stores and a little mall. Staff (specially restaurant, reception, cleaning people and doorman) is great, polite and helpful.

No cheese available in breakfast.
