Everything! Amazing breakfast (best breakfast we had in the whole trip!), great service, great facilities like free hot and cold drinking water, 24-hour check in and check out, great home cooked food at reasonable prices. Especially their sunni undalu were amazing and tasted just like grandma’s cooking.

Nothing about the property itself but had some communication issues but all were resolved satisfactorily and we were very happy with our stay.

Everything was as needed. What went better than expected was that the slight late check out was not turned into a problem unlike what some budget places do nowadays, even when it's obvious they they have room availability. Team is calm, composed and cooperative and for this price that's enough :)

For this price, after only a short stay, I feel I can say that everything was as expected. So, nothing.

Clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Prompt room service. Good staff. Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Reasonably priced. Value for money. 24-check-out suited our convenience.

Every staff member at the hotel, from reception to the dining servers, treats guests as if they were cherished relatives in their own home, showering them with genuine respect and warmth. The exceptional cuisine and hospitality alone could easily prompt us to book this hotel repeatedly.

The staff were nice and sensitive to the needs of the guest. I requested food without garlic and they ensured that I get at least one dish without garlic. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Room services and cleanliness of the rooms, especially the washrooms were nice too!

Small things like providing toiletries, slippers etc. could have been done in a better way. They cost hardly anything but adds to the convenience of the guests.

Buffet Breakfast & Spread was good. Staff were couteous and quick to help. Reception Desk staff were cordial and helpful. Online 24hrs check-in and check-out is a big plus and defining factor.

Upkeep of the amenities needs a bit more attention. Though they are good but could have been better.

The staff were very helpful and supportive thanks to Lakshmi and Ashok at front desk breakfast was fantastic and thanks to the great cook The staff were smiling and respectful providing right information and made my stay very comfortable

the location is right bang of the city could have been maintained little better . I wouldn’t say I didn’t like I would say could have been maintained better

Ashok,the front office staff was exceptionally courteous.Even he waited us till midnight to check-in.He ensured the check-in hassle free & made us feel at home.Dinesh & Jagannath in the dining were also very nice.They took care of every need of our kid.The food served in the room was also like homemade food & was delicious.

The bed size.

Everything was so well maintained, great staff Jagannath and Dileshwar won my heart, Overall a great experience with the most lovely people.

The bed and the AC was the only concern
