The staff were nice and sensitive to the needs of the guest. I requested food without garlic and they ensured that I get at least one dish without garlic. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Room services and cleanliness of the rooms, especially the washrooms were nice too!

Small things like providing toiletries, slippers etc. could have been done in a better way. They cost hardly anything but adds to the convenience of the guests.

The staff were very helpful and supportive thanks to Lakshmi and Ashok at front desk breakfast was fantastic and thanks to the great cook The staff were smiling and respectful providing right information and made my stay very comfortable

the location is right bang of the city could have been maintained little better . I wouldn’t say I didn’t like I would say could have been maintained better

staffs were courteous, facilities were adequate. Food was good just like home made.

There was a bill discrepancy but that got resolved on call. Mr Narla called and sorted it out. Although this was not deliberate, hope this will not be repeated in future. Hotel doesn't have full time restaurant and very limited menu to offer. But that is fine as there are many restaurants in near vicinity from where you can order food or eat out.

Ashok,the front office staff was exceptionally courteous.Even he waited us till midnight to check-in.He ensured the check-in hassle free & made us feel at home.Dinesh & Jagannath in the dining were also very nice.They took care of every need of our kid.The food served in the room was also like homemade food & was delicious.

The bed size.

The hotel is right in the center of the city with all branded outlets and quality eateries within walking distance. The complimentary buffet breakfast at hotel is a value for money and they serve excellent tea and coffee. The lady at the reception is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and most importantly they give 24 hours check in and check out. Loved our stay.

Located in the prime location, Pioneer offers an affordable stay in Vizag. Rooms were decent and bathrooms were clean. The highlight was definitely breakfast, a small spread but each item was delicious. Loved the breakfast buffet on both the days. Friendly staff, since we checked in late, they even offered us a late check out.

Rooms can have a little more amenities like dental kit, tea bags, water bottle.

Having travelled a lot I can say with certainty that there are very few hotels/stays across India which offer these standards of service at this price point. The icing on the already delicious cake is the behaviour of the property owners (Mrs. Lakshmi). All staff are polite and are ready to go out of their way to help you. P.S.: If you stay here do try their breakfast spread which is sumptuous.

Won't say that it was a major issue but it would be good if one closed cabinet is placed in the rooms. There is ample storage space but it is open.

As I entered, it was a warm welcome, we had booked a small room and for single day as per the availability on the day of booking, but sensing our requirement, the hotel manager in consent with owner offered an upgraded room (we paid the extra premium which was marginally more, but the understanding of the requirement was way beyond hospitality) as it became available on check-in date. Complementary buffet breakfast was like that of a 5-star hotel. Food was too good. Maintenance was Spick and span. When we were late for bus, they offered to pack the complementary breakfast(else we had to board sightseeing bus hungry with kids or scamper here and there for food). Very enjoyable for a family stay

Breakfast was excellent. It was like made in home and was suitable for my 70 plus year old aunt who accompanied me. She along with me also felt the staff were courteous and helpful. Many women staff work here, so l feel it would be comfortable for families to stay here.

The bathroom felt a little bit tiny and the water saver flush for the commode saves water but doesn’t serve it’s intended purpose well. I’m usually used to paying an advance while check in and settle the balance during checkout but here l had to pay the entire amount charged for the period of my stay during check in itself.

The courteous staff were the highlight of the stay. the staff will make you feel right at home. I’ve stayed in several 3-star to 5 -star hotels across the globe, and believe me when I say that this hotel staff is the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying with till date. Right from the parking to the room to the scrumptious breakfast, the entire experience has been nothing short of extraordinary.

None at all
