Location is very near to RK beach and anyone can see the sea from the rooftop. Breakfast was served in time in their hall. Rooms were decently spacious and clean.

They don't have their own restaurant. Menu is very much limited for breakfast. They generally bring some snacks e.g. Idli, dosa, Bada, bread toast, upma etc. without asking guests' choice.

Proximity to RK Beach. Reasonably priced.

Process for getting tea, breakfast and Meals are little complicated. Representative at reception not clearly communicates about all facilities. Housekeeping is not daily.

Room size, amenities, location, well behaved and supportive staff were amazing

Breakfast is not prepared, but ordered from outside. Which will become cold after a certain time and left with very few items to be served out of a limited menu. No issue except the breakfast part.

The hotel was clean and the staff's behaviour was good. They allow me early access even though it was not possible as per the policy. Rooms were clean and provided basic toiletries and beverages items. This property is very close to the beach.

It's spacious and Clean. They also provide room cleaning everyday and a bottle of water everyday. Free breakfast available only until 10:30am. It has hot and cold water. Near RK Beach and restaurants. You can enjoy your evening walking on the shoreline. Staffs are nice and accomodating to oir request. Will definitely come back here.

I wish they had a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold and food.

The location and hotel's room are very good. Beach is at walking distance from the hotel. The room and washroom were clean and exactly matching with photos given on website and app.

They required 50% advance for room booking. if advance is not given, then they cancel the booking. We have to do fresh booking at the time of arrival. Because hotel management had canceled our online booking due to non payment of advance.

Location was good, very close the the beach and nearby to eateries, and other main places. Staff were courteous and good. Rooms were clean and were cleaned daily.

Coffee, milk n water were served limited at the room. Had to call, request the reception and wait for around 30 mins for coffee, milk sachets and water to be supplied to the room.

Very comfortable Ac was optimal and a good place to rest. Food can be ordered to your room Loved that part

Perfect location, near to rk beach. Staff is very good, polite and very cooperative. Overall stay is good. Will recommend to others for sure.

Single room bed size could have been bit increased.

Just 350 meters from RK Beach... Cleaning and facilities are also good...best value for money.... breakfast is also nice for that price point.
