I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Location is also very near to the beach.

Breakfast was excellent, Filling and Tasty . Especially you can enjoy filter coffee in the morning on terrace, if you ignore tall buildings around you. Ordered food from the menu , very well made. Also one important thing , i actually forgot my travel documents at front desk and left the hotel, returned very professionally. Appreciated 'Shiva' , 'Pawan' and 'Sanju'.

The room which i stayed don't have any views, may be other ones has Road views at least.

Clean room, good staff, location is in the centre of the city, parking staff are helpful.

The beds are not supportive of the back. This is a hotel wide problem and all over other places too, not specifically this hotel. It would be great if you can provide a bit firmer beds. They offer good support to the backbone and are healthy. They probably would cost less to you too. Please conduct a survey of the customers if required and please try to arrange for better firmer beds.

The pillows in the pic should be reflecting the same colors in real… this is my personal opinion and I shared the same with the management there…the lobby is good and will be beautiful with the pillows of the same color as we see in the pic..

I liked the hygiene of the place. Really clean. Near rooma, well maintained and very courteous staff. Special thanks mohammad the security guard who was really nice and helped me with luggage when I checked in night. Unfortunately I could not tip him in night as I was not carrying cash. Left early morning. Thanks Mohammed for the service.

Nothing in particular. It was business travel and I was travelling with colleague and we shared the room. Little more spacious room and twin beds would help.

The ambience, facilities and staff behavior

I didn't like the billing since I booked for executive room, paid for executive room but was given standard. On top of it no apologetic behavior of admin makes it difficult to plan another stay or recommend

The price quoted in online is 2560 for 3adults for 1night .But They charge 3160 per night for us Is there any chance for refund..The prices are some what higher.one of my navy friend in Vizag came to my room and told me Rooms are clean& neat but the price is slightly higherif there is any refund I will be happy

The price they charged for us.The price shown in online is only 2560.But they charged me around 3100. It is not fair practice onthe long run.if there is any refund it will be nice & useful for me.l reserved thro on line only..

It was clean and well maintained . The room were spacious . It is definitely the most value for money hotel in vizag.

Location was very good, room was good and clean, but the cot size was not fit for 3 adults.

Cot size was not fit for three adults, No restaurant facility for lunch and dinner.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Bathroom had warm water coming. There was toilet paper as well. Drinking was provided everyday and extra bottles when ordered, were sent fast. Location was great.

Breakfast was a little spicy. There can be a bit more variety in breakfast. The windows didn't have a good view. We see the wall of the nearest building. But it can't be changed anyways.
