As a large property corporation, I would think that you would be able to have proper snow removal and snow removal. I would think you would be concerned for the safety of your patrons walking and parking in your parking lot. While we were there, many people were stuck and could not function in the parking lot due to no snow removal and ice. Fortunately, we had all wheel drive and were able to navigate. For those who had to walk to their cars, which all do it was a dangerous situation I was told the manager was somewhere outside shoveling. What they needed was a snowplow for snow removal we were staying in Louisville. our accommodations were wonderful, but.

No snow removal. Ice buildup. Hazardous to patrons in parking lot. All ice. Cars stranded. Chaotic!!!

The hotel was lovely inside and out. It was clean and well manicured. Our room was wonderful and so cozy! Breakfast was amazing! All hot and fresh egg, sausage and bacon items! Hot oatmeal with all the fixings! Plus the regulars like cold cereal, fresh fruit, fresh waffles, breads, muffins and toast! Fresh coffee, hot water for tea, and cold juices. A great pool and gym! Places to use a computer and printer! There’s a little store with forgotten items, snacks, and little gifts! I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend Drury Hotel!

Very clean. The guest room was very large and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and professional. All of the food was delicious. I couldn't believe that this hotel had a free dinner every night! It was awesome, and the staff were great as well!

The only thing that I really didn't like or appreciate was the noise. The noise of the traffic outside is unavoidable without new windows. However, the noise of rowdy people should be handled by staff after 11 p.m., even on weekends.

Hotel was very nice & clean....indoor pool / hot tub was refreshing! They even allowed us to check in a little early.... because our room was ready.. we had a King Suite ...bed was super soft.....had 2 tvs...we loved It here! they have popcorn in the afternoon & free soft drinks, they have a supper and bar drinks at 5:30....they have a good breakfast in the morning ! Everyone was super nice at this hotel....We love Drury Inn ♥️

Loved everything

I was very impressed with this hotel starting with the appearance of the lobby and staff greeting us as we came in. I was pleasantly surprised by the free dinner which was perfect for the soccer team we were traveling with. Our room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints at all about the room and staff, I would stay again!

The only disappointment was the pool was unexpectedly having maintenance and our soccer team couldn’t use it.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the food was excellent. The black-out curtains are phenomenal! It was nice that there’s a separate living space. They served a free dinner of Alfredo, grilled seasoned chicken, baked potatoes, salad, soup, hot dogs & soft drinks. Breakfast was also great, the normal breakfast foods but well seasoned and tasty.

The food provided was an added pleasure. We enjoyed having access to coffee anytime. We still travel with our smalll coffee pot because we enjoy our morning coffee before getting dressed.

My husband and I are both older and have somewhat limited mobility at times. It would have been nice to have a hand held shower head in the bathroom and maybe a larger shower with a stool.

The place was fantastic. Have stayed at other places, and this was the best place for the price. Front desk, and bar, and food people I ran into were great, keep all.

The only use was appetizers, by the time we got there where very low. The place was busy, so we thought we would wait, for things to calm down with people, and then not much left, and was having to wait on cheese and something else. We know now go early because people make it their meal, so not a lot left.

Everything was as described. Check in was real easy and smooth. Room was very clean and spacious. They even have a free dinner, which was not mentioned before hand, so we didn't get it as we were late, but it was not the hotels fault.

Breakfast certainly could have been better, it was very unimaginative and the standard scrambled eggs and potatoes. They said 'Very Good Breakfast;' in the list of amenities, so I expected something more than just eggs and potatoes I guess, It wasn't bad or anything, but could be better is what I meant.
