Super convenient location right next to a subway station, and within 5 mins walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall. Very quiet spacious room. Furnishing is a bit dated but well maintained. Good breakfast spread.

A bit hard to find the lobby as it's blended with a commercial and residential space in the same building. Washing machine in our room had lots of problems running (we often had to restart the cycle as it kept stopping). Although our room had a kitchen, there were no cooking utensils.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for my last four work trips to China, and it’s consistently a great experience. The hotel is well-maintained, with a perfect location that’s close to all amenities, public transport, and shopping areas. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

It was very spacious and the views were great. The location was convenient to shops, malls and train stations.

Apart from a large insect appearing, the property was spotless. The staff were very kind and helped me with removing it and switched rooms for me. All problems addressed were tended to immediately and i had a lovely stay overall.

The subway is close to the building, and easy to walk around. The light show every night was awesome.

Compare to the big studio room, the bathroom was a bit bit small.

the bed was too firm for an American

The location is second to none, very accessible to many nearby attractions, a metro line, and the boardwalk. The whole place was very clean and tidy, albeit aging. Lots of amenities we didn’t even have time to enjoy. Comfortable sofa, a firm mattress, and cozy pillows. A Starbucks right downstairs for your morning coffee. Free parking too!

Several problems. The parking lot has the sharpest right turn to get into it I think I’ve ever seen, but that’s hardly the hotels fault. But the lack of signage in the garage, to the designated parking, is something they could fix. During check-in, the hotel staff first doing our registration didn’t even bother doing anything; a second staff member had to step in to do it. During that time, I could see in the reflective tile behind the counter that the first employee was in the middle of playing a game on the computer. A little unprofessional, I would think. That same employee would also snicker whenever he saw us walk past. An unfriendly atmosphere caused us to avoid the place as much as possible. Secondly, I paid extra for a sea view. With the difference in price, I would have expected what I paid for. Utter disappointment with the view: you could only see a small glimpse of the sea and only then if you stood in the corner right next to the window. Otherwise all you could see was the city. A nice view, but not the one I paid (extra) for. Thirdly, the door sometimes would not shut. The closing mechanism was gummed up or would stick when it was being closed, thereby not letting the door latch closed unless jiggled first. There was also a major crack in the door right above the bolt, as if someone in the past had forced their way in, and the hotel just painted over the crack. While I didn’t have any reason to worry, I didn’t exactly feel safe and secure during my stay at the hotel. Also, the lamp shades had questionable stains on them, but thankfully the bed was clean.
