The breakfast was tasty, the most friendly staff was one cleaning lady, seemed very sweet and chatted with us, the check in ppl.......they were ok, just not smiling or too friendly. Not rude, but I hoped for a bit more dealing with the public. But it was ok for sure.

You can tell the property is dated, but there was nothing wrong with it. It'd be nice if the pool was heated. That's why I picked this hotel, for the indoor pool, it was a bit chilly despite being indoor, but the kid enjoyed it for the most part.

Perfect location for walking access to Baylor University, Magnolia Silos, great restaurants and over priced Spice Village. Being just off the highway made it easy to get around the city. Easy roads from Dallas and Austin for short day trips. We felt safe at times.

Without the white noise of the air-con it was noisy. Put that on and you didn't hear any traffic. The pillows were way too soft.

We enjoyed interacting with the staff (Riccardo and Jasmine), who were genuinely friendly and professional. The location is great to get to various places we wanted to see. Theresa kept the breakfast area very clean and orderly, and items were replenished as needed.

The key cards were very sensitive requiring us to get our card keys reprogrammed numerous times during our stay.

The location was central to everything we did. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super friendly, especially the 2 ladies that were taking care of the food for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names.

The ac unit was extremely loud whenever it would come on. It scared our 2 year old granddaughter.

Front desk person when we checked in, think her name was Stacia or something similar, she was kind, gracious, professional and courteous!! She was a wonderful representative for Marriott!! Two lovely ladies who prepared and stocked breakfast were kind and gracious. Rode the elevator with the Maintenance man who was polite, friendly and helpful! All the staff were polite and helpful!

Construction noise, wear and tear in hallways

Property is next to Baylor University and just a short car ride to the Silos/Magnolia stores. The property and the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Will return!

The water in the shower backed up and filling the tub with water while showering. Not a big deal. That’s about all we didn’t like.

We had a short, one-night stay, but the hotel was great. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was hot. More than adequate for a quick trip, but would have been perfect for an extended stay, as our room had a small kitchen and living room.

Convince to Magnolia Silos

All the construction. Out of your control. The dirty q-tip on the Dining room chair, probably should have been picked up by the maid before we got there. I’d liked to not to have to put my shoulder into the door with all my weight to get the door open. Sticks a bit.

Breakfast was fabulous. Threasa was simply fantastic. She assisted me with me coat by sewing the button back on it. Jasmine was also great 👍 helping.

I liked everything. This was my second time staying in the Inn. I stayed there last year for the same convention.

Everything was great. Loved seperate bedroom, and kitchen area in room was great.
