This was our second visit to this gem of a hotel on the border of Belgium and Holland. It's located near to Hulst and an easy drive to major cities. The restaurant serves good quality food both for dinner and breakfast, catering for my dietary requirements. Staff are very friendly and gave great service, even purchasing dairy free yogurt and other products from the local supermarket for breakfast for me. The room was spacious and very clean, comfortable and warm - it was very cold outside so it was lovely to go back to a cosy, warm room. There's all the usual things in the room; coffee machine, kettle, quality hairdryer, plus a fridge with water bottles added daily. A great place to stay!

This hotel is of an exceptionally high standard and great value for money. We booked a superior 2 persons room which was huge and extremely comfortable with AC and a small fridge that had free bottled water in every day. The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and all spoke very good English. They went out of their way to help with my dietary requirements for both breakfast and dinner and they even ensured I had fresh gluten and lactose free products every morning for breakfast. We travelled with our dog and I can 100% say this hotel is truly a dog friendly hotel. Our dog was able to go into all areas including the restaurant, yet the hotel was spotlessly clean. They have a good sized terrace outside to sit, drink and/or eat and watch the world go by – make sure you reserve a table as it gets very busy in the summer. The hotel is literally on the Belgium Dutch border and close to the town of Hulst which has a good range of lovely shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There are plenty of places close by to the hotel to walk or bike. We will definitely be back!

More staff during busy times but we didn't really mind the wait.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. I genuinely enjoyed every moment here!

Staff were accommodating and communication was clear and upfront, was able to get a comfortable stay for the wedding we attended in the area. Chocolates upon arrival were a nice touch

Staff were really great at check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was really nice for a moderate hotel. Shower was really good. Well positioned close to the through road. Efficient paperless online check out.

The restaurant was closed but there was one recommended run by the same people only 1.5km away which we walked and was really great but would have nice to be able to sit and at least have a drink in the restaurant area even when food is not served.

Amazing service from the hotels staffs. They made me feel very welcome. The room is super clean with all i need for the stay. Helped me with early checked in and late check out with no hesitation ❤️‍🔥

I went there for a single night. The stay was nice. The online check-in was a new thing for me but worked great. The room was bigger than expected with coffee machine inside. The breakfast was very good.

The opening hours for reception are short. The online check-in (and opening of doors via special links) can be surprising but it worked good.

We had booked a room with breakfast but had to prove that next day with sending an confirmation. So that was a bit annoying.

Great sized room with air conditioning. Clean modern facilities. Ate at the restaurant in the evening- really helpful, friendly staff and great food. Free parking at the rear of the premises.

Location on a busy roundabout 4 km from a city but inside no issue with the traffic and easy access to main roads
