Great location, very comfortable, friendly & helpful staff.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I make the same comment every time, but nothing seems to change. My only complaint is the total lack of variety in the breakfast. Exactly the same every day: Coffee, juice, bagels, square sliced bread, canned fruit, jam & marmalade, apples, bananas & cereal. It would be at least nice to provide, for example: yogurts, boiled eggs, better bread, and some croissants and mini-pains au chocolate, or some combination..

-Hotel has a modern interior except the lobby (a little outdated and dark) -The breakfast room is in the middle of the rooms on the first floor which is accessible for everyone to just sit, eat or chill whenever you want. -Rooms are clean and nice. Shower has a strong water pressure which is great! -Only one bus away from downtown. Bus stop is super close to the hotel. Very accessible. -You get free bus pass if you stay for 2 nights. -Decent size pool.

-Front desk is not that hospitable. But the guy who prepares the food in the breakfast room and the housekeeper are nice and always smiling. -There’s no exhaust fan in the washroom. -5pm check in. -Breakfast very limited. (Hope they add more options tho)

Let me start by saying that, as someone who has been a marketing and sales manager for a hotel chain for 10 years, the best performance I witnessed at this hotel was from the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job, as did the repairs and maintenance team. However, in my opinion, the worst aspect was not the reception staff, but rather the reception area itself. The entrance of the hotel was very dark, and there was no clock installed—not even at the entrance, which is the most important area and the first place where guests arrive. Moreover, the first receptionist did not acknowledge my greeting at all, which was disappointing. In short, they need to improve this aspect a little. Another point I would like to mention is that, although I do not drink alcoholic beverages, guests should be informed that bringing alcohol into the hotel is not allowed. Regarding breakfast, it was decent, but I’m not sure why the selection was so limited. There was only coffee, toast, cheese, peanut butter, three types of packaged jam, and fruit. It would have been better if they had not served bananas at all, as the quality was poor—it seemed like they were 4 days old. That being said, everything was clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. I would rate their performance at the level of a 5-star hotel. However, I am sensitive to air circulation, and the fan in the room made it difficult to breathe, causing my nasal passages to become blocked. Even though I was very tired, I couldn't breathe properly because of the fan coil. There was no off switch, or if there was one, it was not functioning. I had to place a chair in front of it just to block the wind. Overall, total prise was 138 for one night stay. The price was for one night on March 18, 2025.

The entrance to the hotel lobby and the reception staff's reaction to welcoming the guests and providing guidance on the length of stay and hotel facilities, and finally the lack of a constant presence in the lobby, perhaps they had multiple jobs and had to do other things while doing the reception.

The price is very good :) about half of what you'd pay at other hotels in the same category, (even those located further away). A big plus is the included parking (both outdoor and indoor). Beds are very cozy, and the ground-floor rooms (specifically from #110 onward) facing Sasseville Avenue are remarkably quiet. The breakfast is simple but sufficient for a quick morning bite, especially considering that many hotels no longer offer free breakfast.

There was a faint, annoying noise (possibly from the elevator motor or central ventilation). It was barely noticeable during the day, but at night, a subtle vibration could be felt at times.

Clean and large rooms. From the 3rd floor the lobby looked very nice with all the plants and trees. Good room for the price.

I didn't like the fact that I had trouble with my credit card at this hotel. But, the staff understood I had just drove 8hrs to get there for medical reasons and let me pay cash. The deposit for paying with cash was 100$, and that's fine. It just when they went to give it back, they tried to put it on my credit card, but it didn't work. I was already 45 minutes out of the city and had to drive back to get the money. Before leaving, I had asked about it, and they said everything would be fine. So, if you are paying with cash or even debit, collect your money at check-out to save you the trip back if you are already out of the town.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice. Breakfast was okay, Not bad but not amazing. Free parking is a bonus.

- The breakfast self service area was too small and people had difficulty to take their food. - The person who is at the self service was not friendly at all, and when I mentioned that there is no cream cheese, he ignored me. I thought he told the kitchen to bring some, but after 15 minutes waiting, he took some cream cheese from the fridge right beside him. I was shocked and couldn't understand this kinda attitude. - They charge all in the beginning, because they don't even provide a bottle of water. - We asked for a wine oppener and the person was waiting to take it back because he said this is the only wine opener we have in the hotel. Is it possible!

This hotel was very pretty and had a very cozy vibe! The layout was super interesting which I liked. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff were nice. It’s in a great spot, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance and old Quebec City only a 10 minute drive. Would for sure stay here again!

The only thing I wish was that the pool was indoor rather than outside so it could be enjoyed year round, since it was chilly when we were there we couldn’t use it.

Our room was large and the beds were big and very comfy. The hotel is really beautiful. I also liked the vending machines (drinks, crisps, chocolate bars, cookies). The hotel is located outside the city centre but you can easily go downtown by bus (remember to have enough change for the bus ride!). It took us half an hour to get to the airport by bus (no. 76).

Breakfast is really simple (bagels, toast, butter, cream cheese, coffee, juice, fruit) - but we knew that beforehand, so it was okay for us.

The rooms were clean and modern (USB ports). They served a good, varied continental breakfast (bagels, different cereal options, fruit).

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is odd. A little pricey for a hotel that far from Old Quebec (15 minute drive). And while not a big deal, they didn't replenish the coffee in our room. We just went to the front desk and got some more though.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good - near to restaurants and the bus stop.

The breakfast choices were poor - no gluten free bread or cereal. No yoghurt. No eggs or meat option.
