Good location for our stay while conducting business in West Union, Iowa. Close to West Union, Iowa, and much better than any hotel/motel in West Union. Attractive lobby and comfortable room. Above average breakfast.

My one and only complaint was that the hotel's wi-fi was not password protected. I did not feel secure on the internet and used only my phone to connect.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice location. Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Good location. Indoor pool with pool table and foosball table. Outside seating area available. Nice, good stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing that wouldn’t keep me coming back, I just prefers bigger TV and coffee cups. Even if those never get charged it’s still a great place!!!

Absolutely sparkling clean and maintained to a T! Decorations were colloquial but very nice and maintained. Nothing was in disrepair or worn. Truly exceptional!

The front desk was cold and uppity, treated you like you were trash if you're from out of town. She definitely treated locals with more respect and consideration. That was rather unsettling as I'm sure I paid the going rate just like everyone else, but you could stand there at the front desk and watch staff turn on and off the charm like a water Fawcett!

Hotel had a nice rustic outdoor theme. Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub were both fairly large. I would stay there again.

The staff was not very friendly and acted like they hated their job. The main issue was the keys to the room not working properly. I made at least 6 trips to the front desk to have keys reprogramed which required going up and down the stairs because there was no elevator. (or at least I didn't see one and I was directed to go up the stairs to my room)

Laurie was an amazing front desk clerk. She kept always had a smile on her face even when my boyfriend asked her tons of questions.
