The breakfast was good but we noticed the cereal was a little stale. This was odd because the containers used to hold the cereal were really nice, maybe the cereal just needed replaced! Staff is always so so nice! We had a late check in due to traveling, but even late at night the staff has smiles on their faces! Room was comfy and I was in love with the water pressure in the shower!

We have enjoyed each time we stayed, we really would like to bring our pup next time but as of now it seems to be no pets. I think this would really improve our stay if we could bring our furry family member!

Very clean and nice location

The waffle thing that dispenses the mixture is difficult to use and because the location is very remote it would’ve been nice if the vending machine offer something beyond candy and chips. But I also understand our situation isn’t the majority. Just and idea.

Thank you for the paper plates! I cringe when I see all the styrofoam and plastic waste going to landfills. The breakfast area was clean and the food choices were perfect. I appreciated the low-or-no sugar cereal, oatmeal, and bread, and the peanut butter, yogurt and cheese for protein.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was an awesome added bonus, the room was super clean and we loved that it had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig, and the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating!

We honestly can’t think of anything you could have done better.

The grounds are well maintained, the lobby is clean and orderly, the room is clean and in good repair. The bed has a good, firm mattress. The staff are helpful, the breakfast is well done.

Oelwein isn't really an exciting place to overnight; but this was not really a deciding factor for me. The facilities themselves were well done

Asked for stuff, staff didn't roll eyes nor sigh just accommodating and friendly. Great time.

Didn’t affect us but be aware there is no lift.

Great staff. Everyone we met was very friendly. Nice clean room. I thought the mattress was just right, but my husband said it was too soft. Breakfast was adequate; cheese omelets, cearl, toast, friut and waffles.

The orange juice dispenser was empty.

We missed the breakfast - slept in too late. nice place - will stay again.

Had a neighbor that was a little noisy and someone above us that stomped their feet but otherwise, no issues.

It was close to where I was going. Loved it, it was quiet.

The beds are great once you get in them. At 5', I had a hard time getting in. I needed to use the chair to climb in
