The breakfast was amazing! The smell of fresh bacon & real eggs was simply mouthwatering! The building was crisp yet comfortable & the room gave the feel of a small apartment. The location was fantastic with easy access to street or ramp parking & a number of venues was very convenient.

The food at the attached pub was disappointing but the service & the fries were quite good. I did find a separate deposit instead of merely putting a card on file for incidentals was a bit off-putting. On business trips where we still have to account for those charges & credits does not make that very convenient.

The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. As well as the ladies that keep everything stocked in the breakfast area.

Every time I stay here, less and less of the ice machines are working. Sometimes have to go to multiple floors to find an ice machine that works, which is very inconvenient when the hotel is busy and you’re waiting for an elevator.

We loved the breakfast and amenities like the pool and game room. I loved that there was coffee all day available for customers.

I felt like our room could have been service while we were there. We were there for four nights with a baby and accumulated lots of trash and had to ask for things to get done.

99.999% of my stay was perfect - from Eric at the front deak to the breakfast ladies to the owner of the hotel, the staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean, the room was large, parking was seemless, the bed was comfortable, and water pressure was good from the shower.

The ONLY issue I had - website states heated pool... It's not.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times when I come home to visit. But this time, the customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I really hate that I can't remember their names, but they went above and beyond. Also, the new bar & restaurant Ari'z, which is attached to the hotel, was amazing! The atmosphere, food, and customer were spectacular. That is a great addition!!

The facility was super clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Covered parking $5/day. Alot of dining and fun places to visit within walking distance. Pool was indoor and very nice and neat and clean. Has a fitness center but didn't use but looked very well kept.

If I have to put something it would be the parking $5/ day should be picked up as a thank you for staying with us.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clutter-free. The lobby, the breakfast area, and the rooms are very well designed. The renovation from what the hotel used to be to what is now was money well spent!

My 1st room was missing a shower curtain and when I informed the assistant manager, she was very curt and didn't offer a sufficient solution. My best friend happened to have been a hotel manager at one point and had a stern talk with her which finally got an acceptable resolution.

We arrived late and had to leave early, but the location seemed awesome! I could see several restaurants and bars, a cool looking bridge and a park all within walking distance. And the breakfast was honestly the best continental hotel breakfast that we have had since Covid. Very friendly staff at the front desk also.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff was terrific and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

No restaurant or bar even though it's advertised. I even called a number that was in my room to the restaurant and it is still advertising live music and food specials. So we went down to eat and listen to live music, but when we got down there the front desk said there has not been a restaurant there for months. Also, No ATM.

Good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming, and thoughtful. During checkout, I left my glasses in the room without realizing it. Before I was finished checking out, a sweet housekeeper brought them down from the 7th floor. We also really enjoyed listening to the live band in the bar. Everyone in there was very friendly, band was great, and it was a very relaxed setting. Would definitely stay here again.
