Only one that I have to do with my wife and I can make a payment for the same time I will be there for a few days to be there for a extra day and the other day and then I'll be charged with additional expenses for the same price as I have paid for the first day and the second day of the week is not the same price as I know what it is and what the payment was paid off through it for me and it was changed to be there for me to make a new payment on my account for the same place I can not understand what changes the payment price of the same room as I have been in the entire time to pay additional expenses in the same place as the same room as the last few days of the time for my stay at the same location and it will be incredibly quiet a bit more expensive than what I paid for the same room the first day of the same time I will be there.

Adding to the previous payment on it for the same place as the same way and the new time is not the same as before I arrive at the same location and then get changed to the higher price range for the same place as well and it doesn't make sense to me when I'm still there now so what happened to it for the price of the same room but it will be increased to be a bit more than expected but I stayed there until the present time and day today and tomorrow morning I have to be gone by then get back to the end and it is not the same as before it started with the same place right there and now.

I stay a couple times times a month and the staff is what keeps me coming back. They are personable and always willing to go above and beyond if they can. If I have a problem with something in the room, they are quick to fix it. The hotel my not be in the best area or be the fanciest around but when it comes down to it I would rather have good people around me that I know are gonna take care of me and my needs. It’s clean and comfortable. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

We were there for RAGBRAI. Location worked well for us. Beds were great. Had 2 rooms and they were very close. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was decent but plenty.

Elevator was a bit sketchy, but got the job done. Bathroom could use another outlet

We need 2 beds to sleep on, that's it. We were surprised by the extra space with a sitting area and TV away from the beds so we could sit and watch our takeout while watching TV. It was nice!

The location wasn't convenient for us, and the building was a little rundown

stay was excellent, could not ask for nicer ppl, will definitely stay there and refer everyone to stay there

The breakfast was okay it was the best but it's was decent

The staff isn't very friendly the owners who owns it are very rude. The housekeeper who is the head of it was very nice and understandable

Garbage truck came about 530am and I had trouble getting back to sleep from all the noise it made doing it’s work ,if my room was in front of the building it might have been better I was in 307

I like how clean thw rooms were and how clean it smelled and how comfortable it was and very relaxing don't get foold how the area look but it's very secure and relaxing

The room and price of it were perfect

The location of it, the guests hanging out in parking lot all night, there was no breakfast food available say 8am. I also had my debit card either stolen or I dropped it and someone picked it up for themselves.

The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, tv was good. They gave us a suite which was roomy.

The breakfast left a lot to b e desired, but it was ok
