I’m retracting my positive review. I booked and paid through booking .com and the hotel had my credit card info and charged my card. They said it was just a hold which is a lie. They stole 625.20 from my account. My bill I paid was $514.04 called to speak to a manager twice and NO call back! Had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.very stressful dealing with this and will never use this hotel again.

It was close to everywhere I was going. The coffee and breakfast were awesome and the staff were great as well.

Because I booked through a 3rd party they asked for a credit card when I arrived. I felt like the new owner did not like booking through a 3rd party. Also they did not want to give me a receipt. saying it was because I booked through a 3rd party. Honestly I am not sure that was even legal if I asked for one. Last year I stayed there and a receipt was under my door when I woke up. Also the key card only worked half of the time.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Cookies were always available and coffee in the lobby pool and hot tub were open till midnight which is a rarity. The room was clean and we liked the vinyl floor instead of carpeting..

Our tub would not drain properly and our sink was running slow. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. She came up and was able to unclog our sink drain but she did not have the staff to unplug the tub drain so it was a bit inconvenient to stand in the water that was accumulating in the bottom of the tub as we showered it eventually went down after about an hour then the next family member took a shower and so on, so that was inconvenient it was room 321

Check-in was smooth. Missed the manager 🍪.Rooms cleans. Surprisingly quiet being next to a freeway.

The elevator had some issues but was repaired. In the first morning, there was no breakfast attendant, and milk was serviced out of gallon jug the entire 4 day stay. Personal preference of carpetted rooms over solid surface. Made room seam echo like. But then again everyone has preferences. It was clean.

It was a good central location for the things we had planned. Good selection on breakfast. Cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, granola bars, pop tarts, yogurt, make your own waffles. Also, they had a different assortment of hot items every morning. Eggs, ham, sausage, bisquits and gravy, etc. The pool was nice. They had towels for you to use, so you dont need to bring your own. Staff was friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. Rooms were clean.

The beds were uncomfortable, but I feel like that's most hotel beds.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my room was too noisy due to the interstate right near my window, a staff member switched me to another room. The breakfast I had on the last day was very good - omelets and little smokie sausages.

The first night I only had three hours of sleep due to the noise from the highway. There was a big bug in the room too. In addition, the next morning the blueberry bagel I tried was hard as a rock and the cereal was stale. The cookies in the lobby are also very hard. The second room was much more quiet, though it was not as clean. There was hair in the bathroom from the previous guests and it looked like the tissues were stuffed back in the box. My brother had just died and the first night of my stay made everything so much worse.

Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very polite and friendly. Location was very convenient with a good choice of restaurants fairly close. Easy access to the highway to Waverly.

Breakfast heater was turned off accidentally one day. Heated food ourselves that day. It was fixed as soon as we pointed it out and hit, fresh food was added. All's well that ends well!

Great on site breakfast! Clean. Front desk staff are excellent. Fresh hot cookies at the desk!

If you elect to pay at the property be advised they freak out if you try to pay cash/debit after reservation made with a credit card. They make you pay up at check in, regardless of method of payment. A little aggressive but I understand.

I was scheduled for a late arrival and arrived several hours early. The staff was very accommodating to this. I also would like to state the staff was super friendly. not just one or two people but the everyone I met and spoke with.

The only thing I could even thing to say bad is the damaged floor in my room. The flooring by the desk was broke and torn. Most likely from the desk chair. But it could be a hazard to bare feet.

Breakfast was great and the facilities were clean and updated! The beds were comfortable and we appreciate the solid surface flooring in place of carpet. The room was spacious and included a desk area.

The TV was tricky, there were printed instructions on the table. It took several tries before we could get it to work.
