That my reservation did not reflect in the system of the location I booked in not even the confirmation details reflected upon time of arrival due to my payment being in pending so I paid full price for the first 2 nights of my stay until payment was processed ! Then and only then did my booking reflect in the system. The staff members were very nice at the front desk went out of they're way to notify me once my booking reflected in the system & returned the remainder back too me from the full price I originally paid until my booking reflected in the system. It was a inconvenience not only for myself , but for the front desk staff as well.

Cleanliness, friendly staff our booking hadn't quite came through the system yet we were charged another rate than we were originally charged , but once the booking came through and the staff was able to obtain the confirmation number they contacted me immediately to let me know and I was reimbursed the remainder from what we were originally charged I appreciate the honesty as well as her going out of her way to inform me that the booking had came through .

Of all the places we stayed on our trip this was the best. We paid the least for this and got the best. The facility was clean, modern, comfy beds and the best hot breakfast.

Nothing. Our first Wyndham on this trip that had coffee in the room and available all night at desk. Early 6am breakfast while others were at 6:30

I really appreciated how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the whole environment. I felt very comfortable in our room and was extremely satisfied with the way things appeared to be .

I can absolutely say there was not a thing that I could complain about .

The room was a great deal, especially with the breakfast provided. It was clean and comfortable. I was able to call ahead of time, knowing that I wouldn't be there before midnight, and the staff ensured that my room was still available.

I wish it had been mentioned that the in room fridge would be turned off. We didn't look at it until the morning after we'd placed food there the night before.

Large WARM pool that was easily accessed with good hours. Front desk staff were very helpful, and it was in a great location surrounded by food and gas stations.

The unit did not have a fan option to keep background noise, but noise is to be expected in a hotel. Would like to see fans offered

Location is good, close to interstate highway, gas stations and restaurants. The room was large, well furnished and had a large TV. Breakfast was good. Parking was good and well maintained.

To get to this hotel, you have to drive through much of Waterloo. Traffic was a little hectic. Other than that, there is really little to pick on this hotel.

bed was very comfortable - room quite clean. would have given a higher rating but the giant light in the parking lot made the room too bright as we couldn’t make the drapes totally close. Left my purse in the restaurant and came back two hours later to find that Debbie at the front desk had made every effort to locate us. she was so helpful and kind. Thank you Debbie!

The room had 2 comfortable chairs …. So appreciate a chair rather than having to sit in a bed. Places to store bags bench for suitcase…. good storage design. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

cleanliness, all was new, great staff, very good breakfast I say it is a super value, best in town for the buck.

it is close to a truck stop. A bit noisy for truck traffic and diesel fume in the air
