It was clean and the staff was very accommodating even though there was no internet or ways to program room keys. Despite all of this they were helpful and served guests with a smile.

That the hotel management did not schedule additional staff. The one front desk lady had to check in about 6 groups of people, take them up the elevator and to their floors and get them in their room and then go back to serve lots of guests waiting in the lobby. Additional help would have at least not left an unstaffed front desk. Our room had water leaking in the bathroom from the floor above causing the plaster fall off and the floor and toilet to get wet.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was standard for a hotel like this. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was super clean. The cleaning staff had no problem getting me an extra towel when I asked for one.

The hotel needs some updating and the pool area looks not so great even though I did enjoy my time there. The spa needs to be fixed or taken out completely. A big wooden box covering it. SMH

We were there for PeeWee wrestling the time we arrived to checkout, staff were friendly, place was clean and comfortable. Super 8 across other towns has a bad name! I would stay here again! The pool was clean and had plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast they never skipped a beat despite being crazy busy and a having multiple families with children! In fact lots of kids! The children enjoyed themselves being able to be kids! Respectfully

Honestly i want expecting much....... I was wrong!! It was emaculantly clean like you stepped back into the 90s clean. Breakfast was better than many other way more expensive place's I've stayed. The staff for the most was amazing!! To the red headed woman. Your dedication and job ethic worth such a high volume weekend wasn't unnoticed. MANY of the guests appreciated you. Thank you all!!

The employee working the desk when we checked in (around 10:30pm on Friday night) was very friendly! She was kind and personable and assisted us when our key cards malfunctioned. Our beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!

We struggled a little getting our tv remote to work, but to be honest, that may just be because we are not very tech savvy! Otherwise, I wouldn’t say there was anything we disliked at all!

I liked the location. The breakfast was good (we had to heat it up in the microwave to get it to our liking). I liked the fact that they had lots of options: cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, eggs (scrambled and hard-boiled), sausage, french toast, waffles, biscuits & gravy. They also had a wide assortment of things to drink: teas, hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The room was spacious. We liked the view outside our window. We watched the birds and the bunny rabbits play every morning.

They did not have a tea/coffee maker in our room as advertised. We were able to get some in the lobby for the first few days. After that the regular coffee side of the machine was not working. They moved the regular coffee to the other side where the decaf was so that we could get coffee. They said that they were in the process of getting a new coffee machine. There was a big stain on the floor of the room right in front of the sofa.

First of all, you can’t beat the value for the stay with a complimentary breakfast that had more to offer than expected (eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy in addition to traditional bagels, cereal, oatmeal) and the pool was a great little addition. The hotel was clean, kept up and the staff were friendly. No need to pay more for the same amenities.

I don’t have any feedback for things I didn’t like; it met my expectations and then some!

the shower was amazing. great water pressure and the fact it was large and walk in. the food at breakfast was well cooked, plenty of everything and the staff made sure nothing ran out

for two people there could have been more towels but that isn't a very big deal. the pool was chilly but again, not enough to complain about. super 8 is always my first choice when looking for a place to stay

Breakfast was my only disappointment. I didn't eat until around 7:30 but the eggs were crusty and dried little pieces, the gravy was at a rolling boil in the crockpot ( and was all separated into 3 different liquids) and the biscuits were rock hard. I don't like to waste food but threw most of it away. The coffee was good and I had a good bagel. I did tell the front desk that things were boiling and drying out - I don't like to complain but didn't want the food ruined even more. Otherwise, I was very happy with the hotel.

When i got there, they had moved me to the upstairs. I have RA and can't do stairs, i had that in my confirmation. The staff changed that immediately. When i got to my room, one of the lights in the room was not working. I called the desk and they came out to fix it right away.

I was glad they fixed my room accommodation but it was in my confirmation and should have never happen. The loght bulb was missing so it was an easy fix.
