I booked the property as it was stated breakfast was included and it was shown we had three people with our reservation. The hotel would only give us a two breakfast tickets. I asked customer service at booking and they stated it was for 3 but the hotel was not giving us 3 tickets. It is not what was stated when booked.

I asked at check in if I could adjust the reservation. the hotel said I would have to contact booking.com. Booking.com said they would have to contact the hotel or I could contact them. It was just like a circle with no help.

A contemporary hotel with great facilities, excellent value for money and ideally located relative to down town Cedar Falls. The rooms were clean and spacious and the gym was first class.

The breakfast process was inefficient and the choice provided somewhat limited.

Very clean. Double queen Suite was very spacious , almost like 2 joined hotel rooms. Easy location right off interstate. I hate staying in hotels because of upkeep and cleanliness issues but this was was hands down one of the nicest I have stayed at.

Loved the room, pool and gym. Super clean, nice and new feeling!

The hideaway bed was pretty uncomfortable, and I had to go down to the desk to ask for sheets/blankets for it. Also would love if Breakfast was provided.

Very clean and modern. Loved the welcome on the tv screen when we arrived in our room and then the check out the next morning.

Absolutely nothing. This is a very beautiful place to stay! Very classy!

When I returned in the evening, there was no place to park. The only open spot was in the electric car spot. They had a wedding there so there was not enough parking.

Location was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and very clean all the way around

The price was little spendy but still worth it could make it a little more affordable for family’s to go

Rooms were great! The lobby-bar- restaurant was so welcoming and comfortable for our family with young kids! Food was fantastic!

We loved to game room and pool table, gym was great and pool. Our room was nice also. Customer service was great.

The only issue was the on-site restaurant that we were hoping to use wasn't operational due to lack of staff. Which we were looking forward to.

The air conditioner in our room was quite loud, which made for a poor night sleep.
