Easy to get to, good parking, clean facilities, good breakfast, clean pool, great employees. Coming from out of state to see my kids, grandkids and great grandchildren the staff was exceptional in letting them come to use the pool and have family time! They were extremely friendly and cared about their guests! Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Only thing was noise from interstate and firestation but didnt interfere with sleep.

The cleanliness of the facility. Location close to my family and surrounding restaurants, stores and gas stations. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will stay there again on my next trip.

Booking.com gave me a lesser rate than me calling the location directly. They easily honored the lower rate no problem or questions.

lighting in the room far from good enough. They really need one above the entrance to the room right behand the door. Outside in the parking lot near the entrance they can use better lighting.

Large comfortable room that didn't smell funky. Breakfast and coffee were good.

The only thing that could have been better was my side of the bed. My side sagged, but my husband's did not. Either flip and turn the mattress or replace it. Pillows were even good.

I'm a musician who had a gig in a nearby small town. I don't need a bunch of amenities. What I need is a clean and comfortable place to relax and sleep. This was the perfect place. When gigging in the Waterloo area, I WILL be back.

Breakfast was satisfactory. room was clean and bed was comfortable. Easy check in. they even sked about my note for extra pillows at check in.

The TV was very old. Sound went in and out. Would have enjoyed our stay more if there was a hot tub. Pool was cold.

The drive in our room had a click noise happen ever couple hours and it was pretty loud.

The room deposit wasn't really made understandable so I had quite an issue with it but other then that I had an amazing stay.

The breakfast was good. The location was adequate. It is near several stores and restaurants.

I would have preferred to not have put up a security deposit.

The pool was cold. Our only complaint.
