Very well cared for. Friendly staff, a nice fresh breakfast each morning, and good location for us. It was right next to an old closed run down shopping mall but we felt safe. Traffic in the area was not bad.

The hotel was close to the car dealership we were working with and close to US 20. It was also reasonably close to several restaurants.

Breakfast was just ok. The room and the staff were awesome. We intend to make Fairfield our go to spot every time we visit Waterloo.
The breakfast could use a little attention.
