I love the location of this hotel being right on the river with beautiful views and walking paths. It was also nice to be right next to downtown Cedar Falls with many cute shops and delicious food choices and fun bars. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious, the workout facility was clean, the room was spotless and comfortable.

Beautiful newer hotel. Very clean & was super comfortable. Great location with lots of stores & restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast options. Easy lot parking. Shoutout to Kim who checked us in. Gave people rooms where they could see the N lights if around. Very kind and considerate.

The price point seemed high for a small town in Iowa. The beds were a bit hard, and I would love if you added a magnifying makeup mirror.

Love the location next to a railroad bridge, since I was in the area to watch trains! Also very friendly staff. Love that I requested a room with a view of the bridge and they accommodated that!!

The only problem I had was the shower's head was too high and not adjustable.

Great location, right next to Main St. You can walk to little shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. UNI is just a short 5 min drive.

Our room fridge didn’t cool very well. Our room temperature was on the warmer side, air conditioning not keeping it cool, felt stuffy in the room.

Booking.com deceived the total cost. The cost for one night was $349.66! When I saw total, I believed that was for both nights..taxes...fees ...etc! The amenities were not 5 star. It is Cedar Falls ...nice but not that nice! My total for 2 nights was $699.31

Hotel is in a great walkable spot for Cedar Falls. Room was quiet and clean with a nice view. Decent breakfast and professional staff.

The worst bath faucet choice I’ve ever seen. Combined with very high pressure, the water jets out at an odd low angle, making sink use laughably frustrating. Overall cost per night was much higher than expected. Lack of competition perhaps.

Updated decor, clean and fresh rooms, ample towels in the bathroom, great location to explore the downtown area, and the river from our room was spectacular.

The pool was small for a hotel of this size.

Convenience of walking thru the little crooked street and all good venues. Hearing the trains go by, neat walking,biking trails from the hotel

The dampness of the room and the feeling of damp clothes. Pool was not open due to a malfunction of some sort

Room was very nice and spacious. Hallways bright. Very good breakfast. Location was great for downtown restaurants and shops. Went to the community theater across the street with a great play.

Only thing was the lobby area was cold when you came down and eating breakfast. It was cold out with that north wind blowing in the doors.
