Beautiful property with excellent views and an exceptional Botanical Garden that was very unique . Very helpful and nice staff very clean environmentally conscious

Not really a criticism but is it not walking distance to town or restaurants we knew this ahead of time so we rented a car Taxis are very expensive Also if you are looking for local cuisine you should look outside the resort

Very nice and relaxing place, good for family and quietness. There is always enough chairs and cabana to accommodate everyone. Food was excellent including the breakfast Overall, staffs was brilliant and accommodate the needs and

The property looks isolate and there is nothing much at surrounding within walking distance. Car is required even for simple groceries or buy things. The beach is quite small and lot of death corals (not to blame the hotel though) and one need footwear while swimming on the beach

The room was exceptional (ocean view, in front of the beach). Very good breakfast as well, well prepared staff.

The hotel is remodeling, and our room was very noisy during the day. on the other hand, it was an upgrade from an inferior room, so we did not complaint and felt it was worth it.

Unfortunately we saw the cleaning lady steal our bag of new clothes and put in the cleaning cart. Cleaning workers are not supposed to take anything from the room. We reported many times. Not sure some actions was taken by the hotel. We still paid a lot of money for our stay and we were scared for our stuff and clothes during our stay. Very unfortunate.

It has the perfect size, not too big, not too small. It has everything you need inside, restaurants, coffee shop, stores, bars, tourist services. The coral reef at the beach side of the bar is amazing. After seeing many beaches, the one at the hotel was the best, perfect amount of people, excellent service and amazing view of the cruises and boats. The restaurants and the ambiance are really nice. The sushi is delicious. The room was perfect, beautiful, great view and location.

I had a fairly acceptable breakfast at this hotel. However, it was quite crowded, which slightly affected the experience. Also, I would have preferred to see more vegetarian options. There were also not many options for children at breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was acceptable. The hotel's location is excellent, with a very beautiful beach perfect for snorkeling and various beach games. The pool is well-organized and offers a pleasant experience. The sushi restaurant and the à la carte restaurant were very good, with very tasty food.

What I didn't like: Hygiene products were not replaced daily in the room. While the room was cleaned, these items were not replenished. Additionally, the entrance to the parking was constantly blocked by some pillars. No further information from the staff about the location.

The reef is unreal. World class snorkelling right from beach.

The hotel was very nice and the stuff was excellent, but the housekeeping that clean the room was not good was bad I had to call the housekeeper desk to send somebody to come and sweep and mop the floor in my room She only do the bed nothing else that was the only problem I have besides that everything was good.

I wish was more activities at night time

The staff was not friendly. I believe management needs to better trained them on customer service, and customers needs. I did had great experience with Fred at the lounge bar. He was exceptionally friendly, smile, try to accommodate our needs, and serve us with excellent skills. Also at the main restaurant near the pool during dinner great experience with Heavenly she is from Filipinas wonderful young lady which was so kind and sweet with my daughter. I truly appreciate their services. However, besides them the rest of staff was so so ..,,

Everything!!! The location itself, the attention to every space, the room, the view, the beach, the food, the cleanliness — but most of all: the people, who were all exceptional, especially Maria at the reception. A wonderful hotel and an exceptionally pleasant experience! Thank you all! We will be back!
