I went with my family for vacation and we had a great time in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, good supplies in the bathroom, iron, snacks, cafe, tea, water and sodas. Our room was in the first floor in front of the main pools and it was very quiet inside. It has some humidity in some walls and some drawers had a smell because of that. We received very good attention from Swen, the manager, who was very friendly, helpful, kind and gave us pertinent information. The beach is beautiful, no waves, blue clear water, soft sand. There’re different options to lay in the beach: the regular beach beds with umbrella are free, and there’re bigger kiosks that cost between USD 20 and 40 depending on the size and type of beach bed. We really liked the food. The buffet has different options specially for dinner, when it has options around a theme. The hotel has 4 walk-in restaurants: Italian, sushi, seafood and bbq. And we also had the possibility to go to Mexican and Turkish in the hotel next to ours (The Rif). It’s recommended to arrive early cause they get long queues around 7:30 pm. They also have snack bar from 11 to 5 with fast food, ice cream and salads. There’re entertainment shows around 9 pm. Before coming I had read a lot of comments on the rats. I saw around 4 of them, only in the evening. For us it was not a problem at all.

At the bars and restaurants the attention can be slow, and most of the employees are not as smiling and friendly as in other places in the Caribbean we’ve been to. In the rooms some walls have humidity, and some drawers had a smell because of that. We had a situation in which the attention was not the expected: one of my family members had an injury with a beach bed. Someone from the staff came and told us we would get medical assistance in a few minutes, but it never came. They didn’t even ask us information to do a follow up.

The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. This was our first visit to Curaçao and Mangrove, but it won't be our last.

As an all-inclusive guest, we rely heavily on quality and consistency. The drinks lack those. The servers at Dushi Sushi need to be more customer oriented to tourists of different countries.

I liked the concept. I did not have to worry about food or amenities. Everything was taken care of. Good and fast service.

Tours were basic. My divers license is digital and they did not want to rent a car for me. I had to contact another service at Majestic Suits (very nice and in the center of Willemstad). The room lacked maintenance, I had only one set of curtains, I found a ball of hair in the shower when I arrived. Guests leave plates, cups and straws everywhere. Hotel could reinforce the self cleanup culture among their guests or have more people constantly picking up after guests. Hotel would look nicer.

Perfect place to stay without worries, just enjoy and relax. Water park for children, swimming pools (with animator), bars, restaurants, private beach, some attractions at night... It really is worth staying there and enjoying great vacation days. Great food, great drinks, great service... Just a great resort!

We didn't find it convenient to have to pay for the palapas on the beach, since it is inside a private area, where everything should be included for those who are paying for the all inclusive. Unfortunately, the hotel's app doesn't work well, I had a little fever one night and ended up leaving the bed linen a little wet, we requested a change of bed linen and cleaning through the app, in addition to leaving the sign on the door , but we were not served.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip to Mangrove. It was my first time doing an all inclusive resort and it definitely didn’t disappoint. From the amazing front desk staff upon our arrival, to the cleanliness of the room, then the entertainment sessions held by Jahwi, it was a great experience and place to stay. The food at the buffet was great and held a lot of variety but I do think the al la carte restaurants can extend their hours during peak periods as it was difficult securing a reservation and when we finally did, it was really small portion sizes although they tasted amazing. I must compliment the staff also at the Coco Palm Bar as they were truly a delight to speak to and the drink tastings were great based on our individual likes.

We loved that the property is right near downtown. We were able to go to a walking tour walking straight from the hotel. We loved the food, the variety and quality. Drinks were also good. Most of the staff is friendly, although we did find a few that were not as friendly but I would guess it's because many guests are rude and maybe the staff is tired of serving people like that 🤔 (it's just a guess). We loved the staff that was in charge of animating (swimming pool activities, beach volleyball, etc) they make a great atmosphere.

Restrooms were not cleaned as frequently, we would find topped up trash cans, dirty floors, no toilet paper occasionally, also we found some sinks that wouldn't work (in restrooms that have 2 sinks, one not working is really not good).

We had an amazing time. If you are looking to book, let me break it down. Check in was a breeze, we arrived early although were able to use the facilities until our room was ready. The room was spacious for a couple & two children 7 & 5. Their favorite part was the balcony over looking the pool each morning. The food was awesome. You have to get the freshly made omelets for breakfast along with the many buffet options. Next, the drinks around the property. There are many options & the bartenders are top tier. I wish I got all of their names, but thank you for the wonderful experience. Back to the food, the drinks are why I did not make it to the lunch buffet (day nap) although we enjoyed dinner at the BBQ, Sushi & Mexican restaurant. All amazing! You will need a reservation, so my suggestion just set your alarm for 10am & book on their app for the following day. Entertainment was fun. They have pool activities, fire show, a kids dance party & karaoke. One night there was a DJ on the beach with dancing by the Flamingo Bar. The property also has a rental car service you can book through their app which was seamless. I recommend getting off the resort to visit the islands beaches being taxis are rather high $20-50 one way.

At times my husband & I felt uncomfortable stares from the other guest. We are young Americans & travel around the world & have never experienced this while in any other country.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Great food, plenty of chairs at the beach and a protected area to swim and snorkel. Enjoyed the entertainment at night. Excellent fitness area and pickleball!

Many of the staff just seemed unhappy with their jobs, others were indifferent. while only very few were outwardly friendly and smiling. The massive cruise ships just off the beach were a negative. The line to make dinner reservations was ridiculous.

The main restaurant - the Breeze is delicious, actually all the food in all inclusive was very good. The hotel is very clean, staff is attentive, they really think about their guests. I liked the hotel very much. We even returned to the same hotel after short trip to Aruba as it was really very good. Exceeded expectations. Good value for money.

There is a little problem with availability of the tables and dishware during the rush hours - at breakfast, lunch and dinner, when the plates, tea cups, glasses are not available (dishes are still being washed). Also, some of the servicing staff (young guys) at main restaurant do not hurry to clean the tables after the early eaters to provide seating for the people that come later. The conditioner in the room is rather loud and when you switch it off, the room get's rather humid.

All meals at the main restaurant were exceptional for a buffet. We enjoyed the seafood and sushi restaurants, but the BBQ was not impressive. The selection of polls was great and the water slides were a lot of fun. The setting for the resort was good and maintenance of the grounds was well done. Staff were very friendly as you would hope at an all inclusive resort.

Turn the volume down on the base for the nightly music by the pool after 10:00 pm . We did not have children with us, but many did and the constant boom, boom, boom must make it difficult to get youngsters to quiet down at their appropriate time. Base tones penetrate windows much more than the higher tones. Have you considered providing a company owned small bus that ferries guests to the swing bridge in town and back to the hotel?
